Research On Assessment Of Assembled Building Quality

In recent years,with the rapid expansion of China’s building scale,the prefabricated building has developed rapidly.However,compared with the developed countries,China’s prefabricated building technology is not perfect,and the relevant standards and specifications do not form a system.At the same time,there are many problems in the construction process of the prefabricated building that need to be solved.In this context,this thesis uses the literature analysis method and the hierarchical analysis By using the data collected,the construction quality evaluation of prefabricated buildings was studied.In the course of the research,the author summarizes the influencing factors of the quality of the prefabricated buildings through the document combing method and the expert interview method.At the same time,the Vague set theory is used to screen the importance indicators and establish the construction quality evaluation index system.Secondly,using the methods of analytic hierarchy process weighting and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for empirical analysis,a complete quantitative analysis model of prefabricated buildings quality evaluation is built.Finally,taking Nanjing’s consolidate the No.6 block talent apartment project as an example,the practical application of the prefabricated buildings quality evaluation was carried out,and the corresponding quality management suggestions were put forward.The empirical results show that the quality management of the project after the production inspection,production process,transportation and stacking,process management and control level is relatively good,there are certain problems in the quality management of production preparation and post-assembly acceptance,and the effect is not good.However,the overall quality score of the project is in a good grade range,which also indicates that the quality management level of Nanjing’s consolidation of the No.6 plot talent apartment project needs to be further improved.
