In recent years,with the continuous progress and development of the construction industry,the national promotion of prefabricated buildings is also increasing,and a number of policy documents on the promotion of prefabricated buildings have been issued continuously.Local governments,development enterprises and construction enterprises also pay more and more attention to prefabricated buildings.Local governments have successively issued relevant policies to vigorously support the development of prefabricated construction industry.The development prospect of prefabricated buildings is very broad.But at the same time,with the development of prefabricated construction industry,many problems have been exposed in the process of engineering construction,which has a certain impact on the economic and social benefits of enterprises.How to comprehensively strengthen the quality management level,improve the project quality and solve various problems existing in the project is the purpose of the text research.Through the analysis of literature,this paper determines the research direction and content.Through the design of questionnaire,research and analyze the current application scale of prefabricated building,construction period and cost,common quality problems and control measures on site,information application on prefabricated construction site,project quality management and acceptance,and the implementation of relevant standards and specifications.Through the analysis of relevant data,obtain the influencing factors of prefabricated building quality management,Thus,by constructing the quality management system of prefabricated buildings,we can strengthen and improve the quality management of prefabricated buildings in the whole construction cycle.In this paper,the quality management stage of prefabricated building is divided into four stages: design stage,component production and transportation stage,on-site installation stage,quality acceptance and operation.Through the establishment of quality management organization,personnel training and technical disclosure,the establishment of BIM research group,and the use of total quality management method and PDCA quality control method to solve the problems encountered in the actual project.Finally,through the analysis of specific cases,the solution and optimization of quality problems in each stage,and the practical application of BIM Technology,we can improve the quality management level of prefabricated buildings and bring practical and effective social and economic benefits to the project.
