| As air pollution becomes more and more serious,people’s awareness of ecological and environmental protection is gradually increasing,and the electric vehicle industry has developed rapidly.Company A is an electric commercial vehicle enterprise,which mainly researches and develops a new generation of energy-saving and emission reduction commercial vehicles based on passenger car technology.However,the investment in new energy product research and development is huge and the product launch progress is slow.Starting from 2020,company A has invested a lot of manpower and funds to study ways to shorten the product launch cycle,improve product quality,reduce product costs,and improve the management level of product research and development projects.It is included in the strategic development plan of A company.A company’s EV03 electric vehicle development project is a company’s strategic project,which is of vital importance to company A’s development.This paper first lists the status quo of A company’s project management and finds out the existing problems,and then takes EV03 electric vehicle development project of A company as an example.the work breakdown structure,plan review technology,critical path method,Gantt chart and other methods are used to formulate the project schedule,and the project schedule control method is used In this paper,the schedule management of the project is optimized and controlled based on the control theory and critical chain method,and the schedule control method suitable for the project is put forward.It includes optimizing the organizational structure,introducing professional project management talents,strengthening communication and coordination management,establishing accountability and reward and punishment mechanism,and strengthening the theoretical knowledge of the project.The research in this article has a certain reference value for the progress management of the EV03 electric vehicle development project of A company,and can effectively guide the management of other development projects of A company.It has improved and expanded the project management ability of A company to a certain extent at the current stage. |
