Research On Quality Control Management Of Civil Construction Engineering Design In ZM Company

With the in-depth development of the new economic normal,my country’s economic structure is gradually adjusted,optimized and upgraded,and economic development has gradually changed from the original factor-driven and investment-driven to innovation-driven.As an important component of the secondary industry driven by factor investment,the construction industry has also undergone tremendous changes.Architectural design is also the fundamental and prerequisite for building implementation.It can not only design the appearance,space,and use functions of the building,but also have an important impact on the construction cost,construction quality and safety,and construction progress.Civil buildings are places closely related to people’s lives and work.The good development trend of civil buildings is of great significance to the development of the construction industry.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that my country is and will remain at the level of a middle-income country for a long time,and that civil buildings will maintain a relatively stable development trend in the future.The newly-added civil construction area in the city has reached nearly 900 million square meters,and this state will remain for a certain period of time.However,there are more and more irregular phenomena in the market.The news has repeatedly exploded negative news such as "tofu dregs" projects and "short-lived" buildings.Urban design and building planning and construction also show repetitive designs.This article takes ZM Company as the research object,studies and analyzes the existing problems of its construction engineering design quality control system,and combines the related theories of quality management to form ZM Company’s construction engineering design quality control optimization strategy.Based on the theory,this article first introduces the quality management mode of ZM’s construction engineering design process.Taking the WFGZ project as an example,through the phenomena that occurred during the implementation of the engineering design,it is found that the company’s internal construction engineering design quality control links It also summarizes the reasons for such quality problems,and divides the factors that affect the quality control of construction engineering design into four aspects: the current organization system,the professional level of the designer,the subjective consciousness of the person,and the equipment-related four aspects;On the basis of relevant theories and examples,based on the actual situation of ZM Company,the four aspects of ZM Company’s civil architectural design organization setting,the relationship between various departments in the construction engineering design control,the various stages of design quality control and the personnel management in the design quality control process are followed in sequence.The optimization strategy for the design quality control of the civil construction engineering of ZM Company is proposed;finally,the safeguard measures and suggestions for improving the quality control of the civil construction engineering design of ZM Company are put forward.This paper studies the design quality control of civil construction engineering of ZM Company,constructs a scientific and effective design quality control system for civil construction engineering design,and provides reference for the design quality control of ZM Company and other architectural design enterprises.
