| Facing a new round of industrial revolution and technological change,the emphasis on the quality of engineering doctoral education is an important reflection of higher education’s response to social and economic development.Engineering is an important subject related to economic development,and doctoral education occupies a core position in the national innovation system.Therefore,in the period of industrial transformation and development,the construction of a reasonable quality evaluation index system of engineering doctoral education can provide a clear talent quality framework and quality improvement strategy for the cultivation of engineering doctoral students in Colleges and universities,which is of great significance to industrial development,discipline development and doctoral education The development of scholar student groups is of great significance.The establishment of the evaluation index system of the quality of engineering doctoral students must be based on the definition of the connotation and value orientation of the training quality of Engineering doctors.Through the comprehensive analysis of the existing research basis and evaluation concept,this study defines the evaluation standard of the quality of engineering doctoral students training as the function of realizing doctoral education and meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders.In the doctoral education,the engineering doctoral students have the quality and quality characteristics of various abilities.On this basis,in order to further determine the ability and quality requirements of engineering doctoral students,through text analysis and root-roots theory,the thesis analyzes the elements of the quality of engineering doctoral students training under the background of industrial transformation,mainly including the level of ideology and morality,knowledge system,academic ability,engineering ability and transferable ability,and the corresponding relationship with different training links.According to the elements of the quality of the doctoral training,the thesis forms the evaluation index system of the quality of the doctoral students in engineering under the background of industrial transformation,including five primary indicators and 18 secondary indicators,including the level of ideology and morality,knowledge system,academic ability,engineering ability and transferable ability.Then,AHP is used to determine the weight of different components.The results show that the quality of the training of the doctoral students in engineering is generally good,but it needs to be improved in the ideological and moral level,especially in the political literacy;the knowledge system has some deficiencies in the related disciplines and industry knowledge;and the ability of migration has also become a short board restricting the overall development of engineering doctoral students.The result has also been approved by experts,which proves the rationality of the index system.Finally,according to the whole research process and the results of research application,this thesis provides several strategies for improving the quality of doctoral students in engineering under the background of industrial transformation:adjusting the educational structure,improving the degree of the fit between graduate education and industry;optimizing the training process to promote the overall development of Engineering doctoral students;strengthening quality assurance to realize the monitoring of the whole process of training;changing the evaluation orientation and taking students as the basis The center conducts multiple evaluations. |
