With the changes in the operational requirements of railway freight cars,the renewal of new technologies and new equipment,and the rapid development of network information technology,various information systems,as important means of operational management of railway freight cars,are also constantly upgrading and improving.Due to the different R & D time and manufacturers of various information systems,each system is independent of each other and cannot be correlated with each other.There is no unified and standardized interface,and there are data exchange barriers,so it is difficult to realize data sharing.As a result,in the process of a column of operations,the column inspectors need to repeatedly input the same data between different systems,which not only increases the working intensity,but also causes low operating efficiency and certain security risks.Railway freight car management personnel at all levels can not real-time grasp the progress of inspection technology and a column of operation related data.After the failure of the centralized control interlocking electric derailer,the equipment maintenance personnel can not observe the fault phenomenon intuitively,so that the cause of the fault can not be accurately analyzed and the specific repair scheme is given in time,which leads to the equipment cannot be repaired in time.In view of the above problems,this paper applies the workflow theory to the process of train inspection.Through LAN sharing,Web service first-digit sharing,wheel sensor information collection,architecture technology,association database and other technologies,based on the analysis of management requirements,user requirements,and functional requirements,this paper proposes the overall architecture design scheme and use case design of the platform for the construction of the production information management platform for freight train inspection equipment,and designs the data architecture and information collection of the platform real-time sharing of the basic data of train inspection operations.In this paper,the application and application practice are studied,and the realization research is carried out from the aspects of platform construction,information collection,system architecture,and data sharing.At the same time,the practical research is carried out from the aspects of layout optimization of column inspection duty room,operation process optimization,electronicization of actual operation chart,specification of operation instruction,setting management and disclosure specification.Through the research of this paper,the production information management platform of freight inspection equipment is realized to obtain the train operation data and data automatic transmission and sharing from the centralized control interlocking electric derailment system,the microcomputer control train brake test system,the train tail wind pressure monitoring system and the current train system.The problem of repeated input of operation information by train inspectors is solved.The chart drawing of train technical operation plan reduces the working intensity of train inspectors.At the same time,the management personnel of freight cars at all levels can master the progress of inspection work through the production information management platform of inspection equipment,which provides technical support for the professional management of freight cars.The production information management platform of train inspection equipment can clearly display the fault of train inspection equipment,accurately transmit the fault information,and provide favorable conditions for equipment maintenance personnel.
