Research On Smart Repair Of Historical And Cultural Towns In Southwest Mountainous Areas Under Normal Rural Shrinkage

With the acceleration of new urbanization,rural shrinkage will become the norm for a period of time in the future.Although historical and cultural towns have higher cultural value and rich resource conditions than ordinary villages,they will inevitably be impacted.Therefore,the realization of spatial development Smart patching is particularly important for the continuation of historical and cultural towns.The thesis closely follows the current spatial characteristics of the historical and cultural towns in southwest mountainous areas under the influence of regional characteristics,clarifies the main problems and difficulties faced by the famous towns under the background of rural shrinkage,and explores the specific methods of space shrewd repair,and will protect and related to the subsequent protection of historical and cultural towns in southwest mountainous areas.Policy formulation has important reference and guiding value.On the basis of combing the theories of "smart shrinkage" and "smart growth",the thesis extends the concept of "smart protection" of the research group,and tries to summarize the conceptual connotation of space smart repair.Compared with traditional repair methods,space-smart repair pays more attention to the "low consumption,precision,and efficiency" of protection."Low consumption" refers to the low consumption of manpower,financial resources and material resources;"High efficiency" refers to the integrated development of protection and regional overall planning.Individual and government collaborative markets;"precision" refers to precise goals,precise tasks,and precise timing.Through field investigation and literature review of representative historical and cultural towns in Southwest China,the development and evolution stages and characteristics of the space of historical and cultural towns under the normal rural shrinkage are summarized: space shrinkage was born in 1985-1992,and hollowed out in 1992-2005.,The space contraction continued from 2005 to 2012,and the space contraction slowed down after 2012.In order to analyze the impact mechanism of rural shrinkage on the space of historical and cultural towns.Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,an evaluation index system is established on the basis of the investigation of the real status quo characteristics,and a comprehensive evaluation study of the space of the historical town of Datong in Chishui City is carried out from the "public space and architectural space".Evaluation and classification provide "targeting" for specific precise repairs.Finally,the basic concept of "low consumption,precision,and efficiency" was implemented,and the smart repair strategy of "finely combing the value,meticulously reorganizing the elements,and accurately placing power" was put forward.The article is divided into four parts:The first part(Chapter 1): Research background.Clarified the research background,purpose and significance of the thesis.Through combing out related concepts such as rural shrinkage and historic towns,as well as detailed research on related researches such as historic towns in southwest mountainous regions,the main research ideas of the thesis are sorted out,and the foundation for subsequent analysis and research is laid.The second part(Chapter 2): The concept is proposed.Analyze the normalization of rural shrinkage,sort out the theory of shrewd shrinkage and shrewd growth,put forward the concept,basic idea,key tasks and implementation methods of space shrewd repair,and provide theoretical support for subsequent application and practice.The third part(Chapters 3 and 4): Analysis of the status quo.Investigate the current situation of the space of historical and cultural towns in southwest mountainous areas,sort out the spatial development characteristics of different periods of contraction since1985,and summarize the influencing factors and mechanisms of the spatial changes of historical and cultural towns.On the basis of current investigations and literature references,an evaluation system for the spatial measurement of historical and cultural towns in southwestern mountains was established.The index weights were determined by the analytic hierarchy process and expert scores,and the TOPSIS method was used to determine the scoring standards.Part Four(Chapters 5,6,and 7): Research on repair methods.Evaluate the space of the historical town of Datong in Chishui City from the "public space and architectural space",and according to their respective characteristics,through the judgment methods of "objective data comparison","theme observation and evaluation" and "questionnaire survey statistics",as follows: The evaluation and scoring of various indicators are assigned.According to the evaluation conclusion,a targeted and smart repair strategy is given.Finally,it summarizes the content of the full text,and puts forward the research results and shortcomings of the thesis.
