The Innovative Design Of Mutual Pension Model

Since China has stepped into the aging society for many years,not only under the time pressure of rapid aging,the economic pressure of "getting old before getting rich",but also needs to face the situation of family empty-nester and declining birthrate at the same time.The study of pension model has gradually become the focus of the research of social sustainable development.The model of mutual support for the aged was introduced into China from the west.It is came up with the concept of active aging,which can improve the social participation of the elderly and meet their spiritual needs.At present,academic research mainly focuses on the introduction of Western mutual aid models and the analysis of the actual operation problems of domestic mutual aid models.But the basis theory of mutual endowment and the innovative design of mutual pension model are not enough.In addition,there are still many problems in the practice of the mutual aid pension model,such as the lack of sustainability and the failure to fulfill the mutual aid commitment.Most of the research on the problem of mutual support for the elderly produces policy suggestions from the perspectives of social security,statistics and management,but few concrete practical plans.In order to solve the problems of the existing mutual support pension mode,the innovative mutual support pension mode is put forward.Exploring the application path of reciprocity theory to the study of mutual assistance pension model to provide support for the study of mutual assistance pension theory.Based on the analysis of the relationship between13 mutual assistance models at home and abroad based on the reciprocity theory,this paper builds an innovative mutual assistance pension model after comprehensive analysis,and designs and constructs a scheme with design methods and tools.After analyzing the characteristics of each subject and relationship,it is beneficial to construct a mutual aid pension model in line with China’s national conditions.Firstly,this paper studies the basic theories of mutual support pension model,including the review of social exchange theory,weak connection theory,human relationship theory and the exploration of mutual support pension model analyzed by the reciprocity theory.In order to facilitate the analysis of mutual assistance pension model in this study,the three relationships in the revised theory are summarized as negotiated exchange relationship,human exchange relationship and generalized exchange relationship.With this theory,the three types of mutual assistance relationship in 13 typical cases of mutual assistance pension model at home and abroad are systematically summarized and visualized.The analysis focuses on clarifying the subject of mutual assistance,the nature of the content of mutual assistance relationship,and construct an innovative scheme of self-consistent and multi-level mutual assistance relationship.The "multi-level mutual aid pension model" is formed by relying on community pension centers,and institutions are introduced as the main body of mutual aid relationship,which constructs seven kinds of mutual aid relationship under agreement exchange relationship,human exchange relationship and broad sense exchange relationship.Put forward seven concrete design path.Finally,methods and tools in the service design domain are used to concretize the abstract proposal into a systematic solution.Explain the service design using methods and tools from the service design domain,such as personas,service systems,service blueprints,stakeholders,and user scenarios.From the theoretical level,this paper innovatively applies the reciprocity theory to the research on the design of mutual assistance pension mode,completing the process from theoretical research to theoretical guidance design,and perfecting the theoretical system of mutual assistance pension mode.At the level of practice,the concrete practical scheme of multi-level mutual aid pension mode is proposed.This paper proposes a solution based on the basic sociological theory and design theory of mutual support for the aged,and provides theoretical basis and practical suggestions for the development of mutual support for the aged.
