On September 29,2015,the China National Manufacturing Power Construction Strategy Advisory Committee officially released the "Made in China 2025" Key Field Technology Road-map(2015 Edition),clarifying that the energy-saving and new energy vehicle industries are the future industrial development directions and goals.It is one of the ten key development areas.In 2017,the U.S.Department of Energy released the "Electric Vehicle Development 2025 Road-map Plan" to determine the future technology development direction of new energy vehicle drive systems.At the same time,China and the United States will develop new energy automobile industries in key areas of transformation and upgrading of people’s livelihood economy.The NVH(Noise,Vibration,Harshness)performance of the electric drive assembly of new energy vehicles is one of the important indicators to measure the quality of vehicles.Improving the NVH performance of new energy vehicles not only improves the competitiveness of vehicles,but also enhances the quality of automobile brands.In order to improve the NVH performance of new energy vehicles,the factors that affect NVH performance are first identified,and the weight of each sub-factor can be distinguished.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process is used to compare the subsets of each factor,calculate the weight of each factor,and further use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make qualitative and quantitative analysis of the influence of each factor on NVH performance.After research and analysis,this paper can get the weight of each sub-factor’s influence on NVH performance,and can carry out quantitative ranking.At the same time,it can also carry out quantitative analysis on different electric drive assembly products,and carry out quantitative analysis and ranking on NVH performance.The characteristics and innovations of this article are: the performance and quality of traditional car NVH is mainly based on the subjective evaluation of the car’s test drive test ride and direct scoring by experienced experts.There are strict requirements on the experience of the evaluator and the sensitivity to noise.The tolerance and sensitivity to noise also involve psychological concepts,so sometimes the deviation is large and the dispersion is also very large.As new energy vehicles are an emerging industry,there is very little research work on the subjective evaluation of NVH performance and quality of electric drive assemblies of new energy vehicles.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to compare the noise sources caused by each factor,and accurately calculates the weight ratio of each evaluation factor,and can pass the consistency logic test.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to perform fuzzy comprehensive calculation on each evaluation factor to obtain an accurate value to express the total energy quality of NVH,which is very quantitative and ranks the comprehensive evaluation results,which is conducive to decision makers to make the most favorable decision.Through this scientific and rational analysis of the influence of various factors on the performance of electric drive NVH,it has important reference significance to improve the performance of electric drive NVH.
