Research On The Related Problems In The Reconstruction And Implementation Process Of A Structural Laboratory In A University

In recent years,the reinforcement and transformation of old buildings has become one of the trends in the engineering field.The structural laboratory of a certain university was built in the 1980 s.It has been in service for more than 30 years because of its many potential safety hazards,and the repair and renovation work is urgent.Based on the actual project as the research background,this article discusses three options,and selects a relatively reasonable roof replacement scheme as the research object,namely the plan to demolish the steel roof truss and support of the original structure laboratory,the concrete prefabricated roof panel,and the wall within the height of the roof truss.Body,wind-resistant column upper column;new lightweight roof-welded hollow spherical joint grid frame,rectangular steel tube purlin and color steel composite rock wool board,and arrange corresponding lightweight wall panels;set a 5t suspension on the bottom chord of the grid(Single beam)crane.Mainly carried out the following work:(1)By comparing the structural integrity,seismic performance,elimination of hidden dangers,construction period,economy and other factors of the three schemes of main body reconstruction,replacement of roof panels and replacement of roof,the scheme of replacement of roof is selected as the research object.(2)According to the relevant information in the building structure drawings,three models of the original shelf structure of the laboratory,the structure of the laboratory after the demolition of the roof and the structure of the laboratory after the transformation were established to determine the value of the relevant load and the location of the application.(3)Analyze the original shelf structure of the laboratory,the structure of the laboratory after the demolition of the roof,and the internal force,deformation and lateral movement of the structure after the transformation of the laboratory,and get the mechanical characteristics and force transfer rules under different working conditions,which provide basic data for the implementation of the later transformation.(4)According to the characteristics of the project,work out the protection preparation before demolition--waterproof,fire prevention,fall prevention and smash prevention;Determine the process of making and installing the grid,and put forward the key points of construction technology and matters needing attention.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
