This thesis is a master ’s thesis of graduation design,the results include two parts: the first part is design research report,the second part is design results.Through the analysis of the transformation process from multi-storey warehouse to international school,the paper summarizes the adaptability of multi-storey warehouse and the space demand of international school.Three research emphases based on "rationality","efficiency" and "interest" are determined.And through the design practice of "open discussion teaching space","variable space" and "interesting space",two external space transformation strategies of "space continuity" and "element extraction" and two internal space transformation strategies of "space reconstruction" and "function combination" are put forward from the perspective of functional rationality.Finally,aiming at the efficiency of space reconstruction,aiming at the "full utilization of plane and storey height" and "flexible use of space",two evaluation standards of "Plan Utilization Efficiency" and "Functions Mixed Index" are set up to compare the research scheme.
