With the rapid expansion of Xi’an’s urbanization process,new urban areas are developing rapidly.The construction of new urban areas is preceded by the construction of a large number of urban primary and secondary schools.At the same time,the global education thought of the leader of the information age is constantly changing.In order to adapt to the change of education mode and education thought in the new era,and to make the education building space fit the deepening quality education reform,at present,the spatial layout and space of the education buildings in primary and secondary schools are constantly changing.Ordinary and single teaching space has been unable to meet the needs of diversified teaching.In order to meet the needs of the new education mode,various and flexible learning places are constantly reforming and innovating in urban secondary schools.In such a background,designers have explored and studied the campus polysemy space,hoping to create an open,functional and flexible learning space through space design.In recent years in Xi’an,in order to meet the new era of new teaching mode and user requirements for campus space,architects have done more exploratory design.However,whether the innovative campus architectural design can meet the daily practical needs of campus users is the focus of this paper.This paper takes the polysemy space of newly-built middle school campus as the research object.Firstly,it makes a systematic analysis of the polysemy space of middle school campus.By studying the relationship between polysemy space and user behavior,it analyzes the constituent elements and influencing factors of polysemy space of campus.Secondly,starting from the needs of users,referring to the construction logic and indicators of other campus public space evaluation system,combined with expert questionnaire and the characteristics of campus polysemy space,the post use evaluation system of urban new middle school campus polysemy space is established.This paper uses Poe evaluation method to evaluate eight typical polysemous spaces of htcdy middle school(corridor,hall,ground floor overhead polysemous space)by using observation method,closed questionnaire and SD semantic method,and collects a large amount of data for campus polysemous space.Finally,by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and expert questionnaire,the evaluation system of polysemy space in newly-built urban middle school campus is constructed,and the users’ feelings are quantitatively counted by SD semantic method,and eight typical polysemy spaces are comprehensively scored by linear weighting method.Finally,according to the above evaluation and analysis,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the current situation of polysemous space in middle school campus,puts forward the improvement strategies for the design of polysemous space in middle school campus,and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies for the existing problems.This paper constructs the post use evaluation system of polysemous space in newly built urban primary and secondary schools,and combines with HTCDY middle school to carry out the application of POE,and discusses the real use of polysemous space from the perspective of user behavior.Finally,combined with the domestic and foreign excellent campus polysemy space design cases,based on the needs of users,this paper puts forward the improvement strategy of middle school campus polysemy space,so as to apply the theory to practice,and provide a reference for the future rational design of school polysemy space.
