Operation Conditions And Technical Requirements For Gymnasium And Playground-part 1:Swimming Place (GB 19079.1-2013) Implementation Evaluation Study

In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to standardization work.It has been emphasized many times in related policies and communiqués.Sports standardization is of great significance to the construction of a sports power.Sports venues serve as basic guarantee facilities for competitive sports,mass sports and the sports industry,and their standardization and openness are directly related to the effect of sports development.In the past ten years,my country has successively formulated and revised the national standards for the opening conditions and technical requirements of relevant stadiums,resulting in better economic,social and ecological benefits.At the same time,some standards have been released and revised so far that there may be situations such as "overage service" and "long-term disrepair".Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically evaluate the implementation of relevant standards.This research takes "Sports Site Opening Conditions and Technical Requirements Part 1: Swimming Places"(GB 19079.1-2013)as the research object,mainly using the research method of the combination of Delphi method and AHP,based on relevant literature data and actual work cases.It analyzes the background of the standard’s formulation and revision from multiple angles of theory and practice,and builds a more scientific,reasonable and economically applicable standard implementation evaluation index system.And select two swimming places to carry out "GB 19079.1-2013" implementation evaluation empirical research.The following conclusions have been drawn through the research,and corresponding suggestions have been made:(1)This study uses Dephil-AHP and other research methods to construct the "GB 19079.1-2013" implementation evaluation index system,which has certain practical significance and innovation,and is conducive to scientific evaluation.Implementation of the "GB 19079.1-2013" standard.(2)The "GB 19079.1-2013" implementation evaluation index system consists of 3 first-level indicators,8 secondlevel indicators,and 30 third-level indicators.(3)According to the "GB 19079.1-2013" implementation of the evaluation index system,the empirical research on the evaluation of two swimming pools of different types in Xi’an and Xinxiang has verified the operability and effectiveness of the evaluation index system.(4)There are a large number of standards for the opening conditions and technical requirements of stadiums in my country.Because similar standards are similar in structure,content and standard objects,this implementation evaluation index system has strong applicability to similar standards.(5)Further expand the sample coverage to ensure the objectivity and comprehensiveness of the indicator system and empirical research.
