| With the whole national economic development of China,Civil Aviation Industry of China has been developed and grown.As the core human resources of airlines,the turnover rate of pilots has been increased year by year.It is clearly to see the problems which the airline companies have to face and make highly concern on them.The problems are the loss of the core human resource and the unstable management.As pilots are the people of special occupation group,how to improve the pilot professional value and maintain the job under the safety requirements has become one of the core issues which concerned by many airline companies.The main content of this project is making the research on the A Company.It is aim to find out the recent problems and the development status in the market based on the career theory and Human Resource management.To illustrate the problems which the company are facing deeply and to indicate the suggestions corresponding the improvement and optimization.Therefore,the company can improve the situation of low turnover rate of the pilots and achieve the ultimate goal.First of all,the project indicates the cultural background and details of A Company.Secondly,it presents how to benefit the value of Human Resource Management according to the theoretical summary.The project contains the theory and methods as shown below: Career Planning,Career Management,Career Development,Career Anchor,Personal and Position Matching Theory,Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory,EAP theory,SWOT Analysis and Questionnaires.These give the clearly explanations based on the research.Furthermore,it combined the actual situation of the pilots in A Company,analyzed the research data to find out the key indicators which have the significant influence on the A Company situation.In addition,to improve the career management for pilots joined by the idea on Human Resource core value.The improvements contained to reduce the turnover rate,balance the ration between the local and imported pilots,improve the training system,increasing the number of operation-based center and accumulate reputation in the society.Moreover,according to the optimization method to make the corresponding protection measurements.Finally,to make the Technology Feasible Research and Implementation of A Company to solve the problems which were pointed out.In order to make the foundation of the company for the long-term improvement and the market competitiveness.Overall,according to the optimization of the Career Management methods of pilots in A company,the project certificate the application of Human Resource Value enhancement in related fields.The main idea of the project is to bring more inspirations and ideas to other companies in this industry. |
