The 28-year growth record of China’s automobile sales market was interrupted in 2018,and then continued to decline.However,with the increase of domestic automobile ownership,the volume of the automobile aftermarket continues to expand,and the industry has a good prospect,attracting the attention of a large number of players and capital.Current our country auto market is still in the start-up stage,after many aspects is not yet mature,such as the lack of independent market channels,product price and quality Lang You market concentration is low,service homogeneity,will be able to meet the personalized needs of consumers and industry informatization level is low,serious information asymmetry and so on a series of problems.In addition,the business model of mature auto aftermarket in Europe and America is not applicable to the situation of China’s auto aftermarket,so it is urgent to innovate the business model of Chinese auto aftermarket enterprises.In combination with the development status of China’s automotive aftermarket and the characteristics of market and consumer demand,from the perspective of customer-led logic to conduct business model innovation research in China’s automotive aftermarket,to promote the development of China’s automotive aftermarket has an important guiding role.Based on the above background,this paper studies the innovation and development of the business model of enterprises in the automotive aftermarket from the perspective of customer-led logic.The paper follows the following five steps:(1)Taking automobile aftermarket enterprises as the research object,the service scope,market structure system,characteristics,industry development status and existing problems of automobile aftermarket are analyzed in detail.It will pave the way for the subsequent identification of factors of business model innovation,the choice of enterprise strategy and how to innovate.(2)Content analysis is used to identify the influencing factors of customer-led logic business model innovation in automotive aftermarket enterprises,including customer demand,resource capacity and government regulation.(3),using the method of evolutionary game building enterprise investment income matrix,the auto market after the enterprise under the influence factors of business model evolution process of strategic choice,which is a traditional choice to maintain the existing business model or dominant logic customer business model choice,and combined with numerical simulation study of decision-making to the ESS point evolution path.(4)Based on the evolutionary game results,combined with the macro background environment of China’s automotive aftermarket and the connotation of customer-led logic,the advantages of customer-led logic business model innovation in China’s automotive aftermarket enterprises are expounded.(5)Finally,combining the connotation and characteristics of the automotive aftermarket and the customer-led logic,the structural element model of the customer-led logic business model in the automotive aftermarket is built.From the static perspective of business model elements,this paper gives a strategic analysis on how to conduct business model innovation in China’s automobile aftermarket from the perspective of customer-led logic.The above research is of great significance to improve the business model innovation theory and promote the good development of China’s automobile aftermarket.
