Research On The Optimization Of BIM-based Real Estate Project Procurement Scheme

Building Information Modeling(BIM),as an emerging technology,is capable of integrating and analyzing information data throughout the entire life cycle of construction projects at high speed,providing technical support for managers to obtain decision-making information.The application of BIM technology has promoted the development of construction project management,which can not only improve the efficiency of project management,but also help enterprises to achieve a reasonable allocation of resources and promote the maximum economic benefits of construction projects.However,the application of BIM technology is at the initial stage,and its popularity is far from enough.Based on the consideration of further expanding the advantages of BIM technology,this paper draws lessons from the current application mode of BIM technology in the field of design and construction,applies BIM technology to the procurement management of real estate enterprises,and deeply explores the role that BIM technology can play in the procurement management of real estate projects and the benefits it brings.Firstly,the application value of BIM technology is expounded from the theoretical level,and the specific application and approaches of BIM technology in various links of real estate projects are summarized.Secondly,questionnaire survey and factor analysis are used to analyze and summarize the key problems existing in the procurement management of real estate projects.Finally,BIM technology is used to optimize the design of the procurement scheme of real estate projects,and an empirical analysis is conducted on the real estate project Case A,which proves that the application of BIM technology can greatly improve the efficiency of the procurement management of real estate enterprises.In this paper,literature analysis,questionnaire survey,factor analysis and other research methods are comprehensively used to practically apply BIM technology to the procurement management of real estate enterprises,so as to realize the optimal design of the procurement scheme of real estate projects and solve some prominent problems existing in the procurement of real estate enterprises at the present stage.This study provides ideas for optimizing the procurement management of real estate enterprises and has strong practical significance.
