Research On Modular Design Of Assembled Public Rental Housing In Hohhot

With the rapid development of building industrialization and urbanization,the importance of assembly building has been continuously improved.To this end,the relevant departments of our country have promulgated a number of promotional policies and norms to promote the development of prefabricated concrete buildings in China.At this stage,our country mostly combines the assembly building technology with the public rental housing construction,which can not only promote the development of prefabricated concrete buildings in our country,but also promote the implementation of the policy of benefiting the people.However,the initial stages of the development of assembly buildings in different regions of China are different,resulting in unbalanced development among regions.Affect the development and popularization of assembly building in the whole country.This paper first clarifies the research purpose,significance and research methods of the paper,and through modular hierarchical design method,takes Hohhot City as the practice object,and through learning the relevant theoretical literature of assembled architecture at home and abroad,then on-the-spot investigation and study of the examples of assembled prefabricated concrete public rental housing in developed areas of China(mainly in Beijing area),and then combines them.At present,the existing problems of public rental housing in Hohhot and the development status and limitations of the existing prefabricated component Industrial Park in Hohhot City are discussed.The key points and methods of the design of public rental housing are put forward,which are suitable for the needs of the residents of public rental housing in Hohhot City,conform to the design standard of public rental housing,and coordinate with the existing economic and technological conditions.This paper focuses on the modular design of each functional space(living room,bedroom,bathroom and kitchen)of the assembled public rental housing,and discusses the selection of prefabricated wall materials,the size and location of window and wall openings in each functional space.The purpose is to provide the design basis with reference value for the vigorous promotion of assembly public rental housing in this area,and strive to provide valuable research results for the promulgation of relevant local design norms and standards in Hohhot in the future,so as to minimize the imbalance of regional development.
