| Under the action of traffic load and environmental factors,secondary damages to the repair materials for asphalt pavement potholes sometimes occur,which reduces the quality of pavement repair and affects the performance of the pavement.Existing studies and investigations show that the main reasons for the secondary damage of pothole repair are the low bonding strength of the interface between the pothole repair material and the original pavement material,the slow growth of the early strength of the pothole repair material,and the poor water damage resistance of the pothole repair material.According to the characteristics of the repairing structure of the asphalt pavement potholes,this thesis carried out the research of solvent-based potholes cold repair materials to improve the quality and durability of the asphalt pavement potholes repairing.The thesis first conducted research on the preparation of the adhesive for the repair of pits and grooves,and determined the best ratio of the adhesives for the repair of pits through the tensile shear test.Interlayer drawing and shear tests were used to compare light bitumen and emulsified bitumen.The effects of temperature and humidity on the bonding properties of the groove repair interface adhesive were studied.Through the low-temperature bending test and the freeze-thaw resistance test,the bonding performance of the three bonding materials was compared and evaluated.The test shows that the bonding effect of the groove repair interface adhesive developed in this paper is the best,and it meets the interface bonding requirements of the asphalt pavement pothole repair.In view of the slow growth of the early strength of the pit cold patch and the weak resistance to water damage,the research on the pit solvent-based cold patch liquid mixed with SBS modifier and basalt fiber was carried out.Through orthogonal test,workability test,Marshall test,the best ratio of solvent-based cold rehydration solution is selected.Adhesion test and DSR test show that the solvent-based cold rehydration solution developed in the paper has good water stability and high temperature performance.The LB-13 synthetic gradation is selected,and the optimal asphalt dosage of cold patch is determined through empirical formula and paper trace test.The road performance test of the cold repair material shows that the early strength of the solvent-based cold repair material is high,reaching 3.2KN,the residual stability is 88.2%,and the freeze-thaw splitting ratio is 80.3%,which effectively solves the problems of slow growth of early strength of pavement pothole repair materials and poor water damage resistance. |
