In order to solve the many deficiencies of the current forklift training and assessment system,such as time-consuming,low efficiency,and unsystematic content,and to carry out standardized and intelligent transformations,this article takes "Research on the practical training and assessment system of forklift drivers based on artificial intelligence" as the topic.Focus on the research based on artificial intelligence forklift key component recognition and driver pose measurement technology,based on the actual operation assessment method of forklift key components and key points of the human body,and develop the artificial intelligence-based forklift driver practical training system to realize the forklift driver’s starting parking and driving Real-time monitoring of missed operations,irregular operations,dangerous behaviors,and overtime operations during the operation,and corresponding reminders and corrections.It is helpful to promote the application of artificial intelligence in the field of special equipment safety supervision,improve the quality of teaching and training for forklift drivers,and standardize the driving and operating behaviors of forklift drivers,which has important academic value and practical significance.The research on the thesis was funded by the 2019 Technical Assurance Special Project of the State Administration for Market Regulation(No.2019YJ014)and the 2019 Science and Technology Project of Guangdong Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute(2020JD10).The thesis analyzes the research progress of relevant content at home and abroad from the aspects of human operation behavior visual recognition method,key component movement recognition method,operation behavior evaluation,operation coach interaction technology,etc.,and determines the research content of the thesis.The specific work includes:(1)The design of the practical coaching and evaluation system for forklift drivers.Analyze the overall requirements of the forklift driver’s practical coaching and evaluation system,and carry out the research on the mechanism of the forklift driver’s practical coaching and evaluation system.The analysis points out that the realization of the forklift driver’s practical coaching and evaluation system must address the identification of key components of the forklift and the driver based on artificial intelligence.A number of key technologies such as pose measurement technology,practical assessment and evaluation methods based on key components of forklifts and key points of the human body.(2)Based on artificial intelligence forklift key component recognition and driver pose measurement technology.Propose a forklift component recognition technology based on Mask R-CNN visual sensing,design an optimization scheme for the data labeling of key components of a forklift,add auxiliary tags,optimize the Mask R-CNN training process,and improve the recognition accuracy of model components;study the human body based on NL-MSKN The key point extraction method combines the key component identification task with the NLMSKN human body key point extraction task to realize the key point extraction of the key components of the forklift and the palm of the forklift driver.(3)A practical evaluation method based on the key components of the forklift and the key points of the human body.On the basis of the proposed deep learning network output mask and key points,the operation behavior recognition technology based on key parts of the forklift and the key points of the human body is studied,and the obtained key parts of the forklift and the coordinates of the key points of the driver’s operation are jointly calculated,and the forklift driver is calculated.The operation behavior discrimination result,through the text-speech synthesis technology,based on the Drools-based coaching system reasoning technology,realizes the forklift driver’s starting preparation,parking reset and missing operation reminders.(4)Development and test of the practical coaching and assessment system for forklift drivers.Develop a practical training and evaluation system for forklift drivers,integrate the identification of key components of forklifts based on artificial intelligence and the measurement of driver’s pose,and the practical evaluation and evaluation methods based on key parts of forklifts and human body.Experiment,actually test and analyze the application effects of the forklift driver’s practical coaching and evaluation system driver operation recognition effect,recognition accuracy,and recognition efficiency.
