After statistical analysis,the construction industry accounts for 40% of the total energy consumption.Due to China’s large population and serious shortage of resources,In order to promote the process of urbanization,energy consumption and carbon emissions of buildings must be effectively controlled.Therefore,it is imperative to open the road of sustainable development of energy conservation and environmental protection in the construction industry.In recent years,green building has entered the the development core of construction industry with the symbol of "low consumption and low pollution".Leading enterprises in the construction industry have responded to the call of the state one after another.Under the background of the government’s active efforts to create conditions for the development of green building,although green building has obtained good development prospects.However,a careful comparative analysis with traditional buildings shows that the cost of green buildings is very high in the initial investment,green technology is difficult to master,and its advantages can not be highlighted in the short term,which severely curbs the development of green buildings in our country.The main reason for this dilemma is that the concept of green building has entered our country relatively late,the application of green technology is not mature enough,and various technologies cannot be reasonably matched according to local conditions.Therefore,on the premise of fully considering the environmental impact,conforming to the development of the times and reasonably adopting green technical measures are the necessary ways to promote the rapid development of green buildings.(1)Create a basic evaluation index system: comprehensively consider the technical index and economic index of green building projects,conduct necessary preliminary screening of evaluation index based on "Green Building Economic Index" from the perspective of "quantity" and "price" of projects,and on this basis,invite professors engaged in project cost,cost management or specialty to send questionnaires,and use SPSS for frequency analysis to obtain the final evaluation system that meets the needs of this study.(2)Determining the weight calculation method based on the analysis results of the evaluation index characteristics: after carrying out professional analysis on the incremental cost volume and price index system of green buildings respectively,determining the basic weight calculation method of the evaluation index based on the understanding of the characteristics of the evaluation system and the applicable scope of the basic weight method.(3)Improving the information aggregation model based on the linear weighted synthesis method: analyzing the shortcomings of the existing linear weighted information aggregation model,combining with the characteristics of the green building incremental cost evaluation system,improving the existing model,constructing the information aggregation model consistent with this evaluation system,and providing reference for the evaluation system with similar characteristics.(4)Calculate the weight of each index of the evaluation system based on actual projects:select projects with similar scale in the three regions of northern,central and southern China,and obtain relevant data through certain means,process the data according to the weight calculation method and information aggregation model determined in Chapter 4 of this paper,and calculate the weight of each index of the green building incremental cost evaluation system.(5)Weight analysis and level evaluation of green building incremental cost evaluation index: the weight results of green building incremental cost evaluation index in different regions are analyzed in combination with the regional environment and economic development,and the incremental cost level of existing projects is evaluated,which provides a reference for the reasonable selection of green technologies in similar engineering design stages in the future.
