Research On The Design Of Barrier Free Facilities Of Walking Way In Cold City Riverside Belt

In recent years,with the improvement of human’s ecological awareness and the pursuit of the quality of living environment,the construction of ecological civilization has been integrated into urban development.As the waterfront space of the city,waterfront belt not only shows the style of the city,but also reflects the harmonious coexistence of human and nature.The waterfront pedestrian road is built around the water,which provides urban residents with urban public space integrating leisure and entertainment,fitness and hydrophilic.The reason why it can attract a large number of urban residents is that it relies on the natural advantages,so that urban residents have the distance from the water.At present,with the aging becoming more and more serious,the number of the elderly is increasing.Disabled people,the elderly,pregnant women,children and other vulnerable groups with slow movement and inconvenient travel occupy a certain proportion.These groups should participate in urban social activities equally with urban residents.Therefore,the urban waterfront walk should have humanized public service facilities,strengthen the perfect construction and maintenance management of barrier free facilities,so as to meet the needs of different groups of people.In this paper,the design of barrier free facilities for the riverside walk in cold cities is studied,and the riverside road in Tonghua City of Jilin Province is taken as an example to carry out the reconstruction design.In the process of the research,we collect excellent examples of barrier free facilities in waterfront walk,urban waterfront space and urban public space at home and abroad.While clarifying the healthy development trend of barrier free facilities in the future,we find and understand the problems and solutions in the development process of barrier free facilities.Through on-the-spot investigation,collection and access to relevant information and other methods,this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth study and Study on the design strategies and relevant norms of barrier free facilities at home and abroad.Based on the current situation of the barrier free facilities of the waterfront walk and the problems caused by the climate particularity of the cold city,this paper puts forward the design principles,design concepts and design methods of the barrier free facilities of the waterfront walk in line with the climate characteristics of the cold city,and optimizes the design of the Waterfront Road in Tonghua city.It makes the barrier free facilities of the waterfront walk more reasonable and perfect,and makes the disabled,the elderly,pregnant women and children and other vulnerable groups walk on the waterfront walk,participate in the society,enjoy life and exchange emotions.
