Study Of The Design Of YiYang City Public Facilities Barrier-free Environment

As the world today has been developing rapidly with the development of technology , the human society is facing more and more problems, such as the problem of environmental pollution, ecological balance, the rapid population growth, and particularly issues like the ageing of the population. The existence of such problems from different angles is challenging the human society. In the field of the architecture, especially for the construction and environment, a new but ancient problem has become the new issue of architects, which should be taken seriously.This issue is the design of urban public facilities barrier-free environment. This paper based on the studies of the environment of urban public areas, focusing on urban public facilities barrier-free environment in a micro perspective way, and analyzing urban public environment, deals with the theoretical principles and methodologies of the construction of urban public barrier-free environment for a more comprehensive and in-depth study. The paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the design background of urban public facilities barrier-free environment, the purpose and significance of the concept and scope of the study, research methods and research framework. And from obstacles and related words about the disabled ,and analyzes the basic characteristics and behavioral psychology of the disabled, and makes sure of the human scale of persons with disabilities.Meanwhile, it discusses the design and related theory of urban public facilities barrier-free environment. The second chapter is to define the scope and contents of urban public facilities barrier-free environment. It is also classified according to the environment from urban roads, public buildings, and the perspective of the urban environment. At the same time, it briefly introduces the advanced experience and policy of the cities at home and abroad and also the construction of barrier-free facilities in China's major cities and points out the serious shortage of design of barrier-free facilities in China. The third chapter discusses about the main problems of the design of YiYang city public facilities barrier-free environment by means of the research tools and analysis of ergonomics and environmental science. Chapter IV analyzes the design of Yiyang urban public facilities barrier-free environment and puts forward measures and thinking from planning, design, management. Based on the theory of ergonomics, environmental science and architecture and also owing to the basic theory of the environmental psychology, the arts and science ,this paper deals with the characteristics and the design of the law of the urban public environmental accessibility .Also, by learning Some typical examples of Yiyang ,it discusses the status of current projects and some construction experience, and compared with the success of the case in foreign countries , it puts forward the system theory and methods of the practical and psychological and emotional needs of small and medium-sized cities Construction of a barrier-free environment. With a view to urban public environmental planning and landscape architectural design practice, it creates a sound ecological humanities urban space theory and practice to provide the inspiration and methods.
