Abstract/Summary:
When cost consulting units provide cost consulting services for owners in each stage,they often make predictions and judgments on the difficulties and key points in each stage in the early stage of a project based on the previous project experience and the personal experience of engineers.Therefore,the identification and analysis of key works are lack of systematization,objectivity and science.In addition,the project cost management still adopts the traditional man-machine coordination calculation and valuation model,which is inefficient and prone to errors,and difficult to meet the requirements of tight project construction time,large volume and increasing difficulty in calculation and valuation.Building Information Modeling is widely considered as a revolutionary new technology in the Building engineering industry.Decision,design,bidding,construction and other various stages of the construction information is loaded into the 3D building information model,forming a continuous integration,iterative dynamic data platform,for related party to provide investment decision,design optimization,precise calculation of quantities,information integration and storage services,improve the engineering construction project decision-making the scientific nature and effectiveness of management,improve management level of engineering construction.The main work is as follows:1.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to analyze the key work affecting the construction cost of a certain project.First of all,the comprehensive analysis of the main objectives,requirements and content,has the decision-making stage,and then establish a hierarchy model,constructing comparative judgment matrix,a single order and consistency check,total number of levels and consistency check,get the key work of each link,the most important five factors:professional optimization of the design phase and design,design stage,construction drawing wrong touch leakage,bidding stage engineering measurement accuracy,bidding stage engineering construction stage and timely change,visa management.2.Establish a BIM model and apply it to this project with the focus on the main influencing factors mentioned above.Through the BIM technology in the decision-making,design,bidding and construction phase of the application of the comparative analysis to the following conclusion:the foundation can be timely and accurate cost data,the calculation of quantities to be obtained accurately,effectively reduce and efficient processing engineering change at the same time to accumulation of historical data sharing has the advantages of the construction project cost data,help enterprises to improve the level of cost management,enhance core competitiveness.
