| With the development of science and technology,the current architecture is developing towards a complex trend.In this process,the links related to architecture will become more complex and difficult to control,and the level of construction schedule management will be an amazing challenge.Traditional schedule management is constrained by a variety of conditions,unable to keep close contact with a range of current technologies and equipment,unable to handle the loss of project information,and unable to adapt to the more accurate requirements of modern architecture.In order to solve this problem,It is necessary to plan a new management method according to the characteristics of the current project.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Analyze traditional schedule management methods to infer the work of traditional schedule planning.2.2.Summarize BIM technology and its development process,and analyze its fields and functions.3.Analyze the realization process of BIM-related WBS job decomposition and optimize the preliminary formal schedule.4.Perform construction simulation analysis in a visual environment as planned using Navisworks software to achieve the objectives of a qualitatively optimized schedule and apply to the "fixed time-resource balance" mathematical optimization model in resources.5.Through setting genetic parameters and duration parameters,Matlab software is used for program design and analysis to achieve the purpose of quantitative optimization.6.Taking the actual project as an example,the simulation structure of the construction process is reasonably utilized,corresponding rectification measures are taken to optimize the construction period,and the genetic algorithm is used to analyze the resource balance of the verification case.Determine the necessary conditions for BIM progress management and apply them to each step,and it includes BIM application points to facilitate the effective and smooth implementation of the project.By combining BIM technology and PDCA cycle principle,the construction progress can be actively controlled by closed-loop feedback control,which has great advantages compared with traditional methods.Various features of BIM technology(such as coordination and optimization)can make up for the defects in traditional scheduling and improve the level of schedule management. |
