As the product upgrading becomes frequently,the production line layout must be changed accordingly.So it is very important to use effective method to do the layout planning.Aimed at the layout planning of ice machine assembly line,the dissertation researches the method of layout planning,and summarizes the procedure and technology,then applies to the actual ice machine workshop layout design,and establishes the continuous improvement system based on lean production.The whole dissertation is divided into five chapters.Chapter one introduces the significant of layout planning,and the problems of an ice machine-company-facing currently.The research of layout planning method is reviewed,and the main research in present paper is proposed.Chapter two introduces using the improved SLP method to design the overall ice machine assembly line and get two feasible schemes.Then with digital factory design and simulation software,the detailed 3D and virtual wandering model are created and run the simulation in this chapter.Chapter three,aimed at the assessment of the two feasible schemes with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Creates the assessment index system for workshop layout planning,and the model of fuzzy evaluation,also using analytic hierarchy process to get the weight factors,then judge out an optimal scheme,and finally make an analysis of effects after ice machine new layout change.Chapter four introduces using lean production theory and method to construct the workshop continuous improvement system,which is the base of layout continuous optimization.Finally,chapter five makes a conclusion of the whole dissertation and puts forward the future research in this field.
