In recent years,enterprises in the construction industry have undergone large-scale expansion to meet production needs,resulting in fierce competition and conflict for engineering resources.The company only focuses on seeking the rapid growth of the number of projects,the rapid progress of the scale of contracted projects,the rapid implementation of the project process,and the rapid turnover of funds,while ignoring its huge hidden risks.Construction projects involve multiple stakeholders,long implementation cycles,high uncertainty,and high project costs.Especially in the project construction stage,there are many cyclical risk factors that always affect the project progress.Unless these issues are evaluated in advance and effective solutions are found,the project will suffer from a series of negative impacts,including quality,safety,progress,and funding.The ultimate result is that the project’s predetermined goals cannot be successfully achieved.This article takes the JH project as the research object,which is one of the series of post-disaster reconstruction projects undertaken by YF Company in the ethnic minority areas of western Sichuan.Based on the actual situation of the JH project,this article mainly focuses on risk management issues during project implementation.The 26 issues in the risk list mainly include six categories: natural and social risks,management risks,organizational and human resource risks,economic risks,technical risks,and legal risks.According to the basic method flow of project risk control design,the comprehensive application of analytic hierarchy process,Delphi method,literature review method,brainstorming method,and questionnaire survey method has been conducted to design,analyze,evaluate,handle,and monitor the overall risk implementation system of the JH project.Finally,this article is summarized and prospected.This article aims to systematically study the risk management activities during the implementation phase of JH project,in order to improve the level of enterprise risk management,improve the ability to respond to and resolve risks,and promote the optimization of project management strategies.In addition,it can further improve the enterprise risk management system and mechanism,implement project risk management on a large scale,and support the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.
