There are many large and medium-sized sluice gates in China,many of which were built between the 1950s and 1960s.Restricted by the economic conditions and construction technology at that time,there have been varying degrees of damage in operation,which has seriously affected the exertion of engineering benefits.It is urgent to implement danger removal and reinforcement to improve the service performance.This paper takes Jiuweigang Sluice as the research object,and analyzes its service performance improvement effect after reinforcement and transformation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the general situation of Jiuweigang Sluice and analyzes the concrete scheme of the reinforcement and reconstruction project.It can be seen that the compressive strength and durability of the main concrete components of the sluice have been greatly improved after demolition and reconstruction.The stepwise regression settlement statistical model of Jiuweigang Sluice is established.Through the research,it is considered that the main factor affecting the settlement of the sluice is the water level,and it is found that the foundation pit excavation and precipitation of Jiuweigang Pump Station cause serious settlement of some components of Jiuweigang Sluice.(2)ABAQUS software is used to establish the three-dimensional finite element model of Jiuweigang sluice before and after reinforcement and reconstruction,and analyze the stress change and seepage change of Jiuweigang Sluice.According to the concrete structure model,the floor still meets the tensile requirements after the reconstruction of the superstructure.According to the metal structure model,the stress of each component after the replacement of the steel gate is less than the allowable stress.According to the combined foundation seepage model,the seepage gradient at the outlet section of Jiuweigang sluice increases significantly after the dewatering of the foundation pit of Jiuweigang Pump Station,and the water level range behind the wing wall is summarized to provide a basis for project management.(3)Build the evaluation index system of the service performance improvement effect of Jiuweigang Sluice,study the quantitative method of evaluation index,use the expert blind number method for subjective weighting,use the undetermined coefficient critical method and cross entropy entropy weight method for objective weighting,use the improved grey correlation method for weight fusion,take the fusion weight as the weighting value of the index.Finally,the cloud matter-element evaluation model is established to comprehensively evaluate the service performance improvement effect of Jiuweigang Sluice,and the conclusion is that the service performance improvement effect of the sluice is superior.(4)Using Visual Basic programming software,the service performance improvement effect evaluation system of large sluice is developed,which provides an accurate,reliable and simple calculation tool for similar projects.
