Study On The Value,Conservation And Revitalization Of Existing Buildings In Yangzhou After The Founding Of The People’s Republic Of China

Undoubtedly,with the strategy of "four self-confidences" of the Party Central Committee in the new era,namely "confidence in the road,theory,system and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics",the importance of discovering,protecting and revitalizing the value of existing buildings in cities after the founding of New China has been continuously highlighted.The importance of research work has been continuously highlighted.This paper takes the conservation and adaptive use of urban existing buildings in the new era of China as the background,takes Yangzhou’s post-foundation existing buildings as the research object,draws on the relevant theories and research methods such as architectural phenomenology and value theory,and carries out historical overview,value evaluation and influence research on Yangzhou’s post-foundation existing buildings on the basis of visits,literature research and key mapping,and proposes "The study is intended to provide new materials for the conservation of the ancient city of Yangzhou in the new era and to provide technical support for the conservation and revitalization of the existing buildings in Yangzhou after the founding of the state.The project aims to provide new materials for the conservation of the old city of Yangzhou in the new era,to provide technical support for the conservation and adaptive use of the existing buildings in Yangzhou after the founding of the country,and to help Yangzhou achieve the goal of "double carbon".The first chapter of this paper discusses the background,purpose,method and focus of the study,and compares domestic and foreign studies on the evaluation system of existing buildings and the conservation and utilization of modern buildings,and demonstrates the urgency and importance of the excavation,conservation and utilization of the value of existing buildings in post-construction cities.Chapter 2 introduces the concepts,theories and methods of conservation and utilization of post-construction urban existing buildings,focusing on "pre-protection" strategies,conservation mechanisms and "micro-renovation"revitalization and utilization methods.Chapter 3,firstly,introduces the census and research of post-construction urban existing buildings in Yangzhou,secondly,based on the research and evaluation of value evaluation system,proposes the first list of valuable post-construction existing buildings in Yangzhou,and carries out research on the classification,and finally proposes the corresponding "pre-protection" strategy,"micro-renovation" type of adaptive use.Finally,we propose the corresponding"pre-protection" strategy,"micro-renovation" type of revitalization and utilization,and the corresponding management mechanism.In the fourth chapter,the design of the revitalization of the People’s Shopping Mall and the Building 24 of the Wenhui Road Campus of Yangzhou University is studied to verify the feasibility of the above study and to provide design cases and research support for the conservation and revitalization of the existing buildings in Yangzhou after the founding of the nation.
