Cold Region Campus Renovation And Reinforcement Technology Application Research Existing Buildings

This article discusses the research background of the renovation of existing campus buildings in severe cold areas.It is mainly divided into two points: First,the rapid development of higher education in my country in the past 30 years,the increasing number of college entrance examinations,and the expansion of colleges and universities,various professional disciplines It is also constantly developing and progressing,bringing new teaching equipment and advanced teaching concepts.The original teaching equipment and teaching space inside campus buildings cannot meet the needs of modern education;second,building renovation can be greatly reduced compared with new buildings.The waste of resources is in line with the country’s sustainable development policy.In order to improve the working and learning environment and living standards of teachers and students,whether it is to build a new building on the original campus or to build a new campus in another location,it will bring a huge economic burden.Therefore,the existing building renovation of the campus is due to its small investment,short construction period,and The advantage of quick results has become the focus of university construction.The author is collecting a large number of relevant materials and documents on the renovation of colleges and universities,and through summarizing and analyzing a large number of college building renovation experiences,sorting out the six main factors influencing the renovation of existing buildings on campus in severe cold areas,and sorting out the work steps in the renovation and design stage.,Enumerate various problems that commonly appear in the transformation process,and find out the methods for the existing campus transformation design.This article corresponds to five different perspectives of transformation design strategies: function,cost,appearance,material,and intelligence.Each design strategy revolves around the two core elements of safety and cost to ensure that existing buildings can meet the current national standards through transformation.Requirement,when analyzing the cost and benefits of existing building renovation,not only should pay attention to the construction period and funding of the renovation project,but also consider the long-term benefits that can be brought after the renovation with a long-term perspective,and make efficient use of existing conditions and join Modern new construction equipment and design concepts make it possible to renovate buildings to not only meet existing needs,but also have a certain ability to cope with future development.At the end of this article,based on the existing building renovation theories,the renovation design strategy is applied to the actual renovation project of the second teaching building in the Huxi campus of Changchun Institute of Technology.Change,complete the overall renovation at a lower cost,verify the feasibility of the strategy,and provide a reference for the renovation of existing campuses in severe cold areas.
