In the increasingly competitive market economy,human resource has gradually become the key factor that contributes to the development of an enterprise.Employers should devote themselves to attracting,introducing,retaining and employing talents.The construction industry is a labor-intensive industry,while its human resource management is relati vely extensive.The shortage of talents,brain drain and unreasonable structure of echelon building of talents have become very common in the industry.The difficulty in introducing talents also restricts the development and growth of the construction industry.To compete in the competitive market with talents advantage,and develop further,an enterprise should work on scientific and systematic human resources planning,and reserve a batch of reasonable human resources for the enterprise in advance.Under the guidance of theories of human resource strategy,human resource planning,human resource supply and demand prediction and recruitment planning,the paper deeply analyzed the enterprise development and human resources status of T Construction Company by using the methods of data analysis,interview and other methods,and clarify the importance of recruitment planning to human resources and corporate strategy.As the overall demand exceeds supply and staff cannot match the enterprise development,this paper came to conclusion that T Construction Company should establish enterprise human resources planning further;and improve recruitment system from the early stage of the recruitment planning work,the external recruitment,internal recruitment and recruit ment assessment.Meanwhile the company should focus on system integration of the recruitment channels,Introduce talents to T Construction Company in multiple ways and channels,optimize the structure of talent team,deepen the talent training mode,and strengthen the construction of talent team further.What’s more,in order to ensure the effective implementation of T Construction Company recruitment planning,this paper puts forward matching from the consciousness of the human resources management thought,from the mechanism on matching talent training plan,from the material on the salary incentive mechanism,from the values match building enterprise culture safeguard measures are put forward,to better promote T Construction Company and optimize the allocation of human resources integration.This paper also aims to associate the enterprise’s total performance with the enterprise,to focus on questions of how many people and what kind of people are required in the development of enterprise,to try to help enterprises to formulate long-term human resources recruitment planning,and to improve the talent competitiveness of T Construction Company.
