| Since the reform and opening up,along with the continuous development of city construction in China,the construction enterprises in China have ushered in the golden age of rapid development.But in recent years,with the national economy entering a new normal,the concentration of construction industry has been increasing.Under the policy of "housing and housing not speculation",under the influence of the "COVID-19" black swan event,The era that construction enterprises rely on traditional extensive development has ended.How to realize strategic transformation and upgrading and build core competitiveness is a problem that construction enterprises have to face.According to the theory and method of strategic management,combined with the current environment and enterprise status,this paper formulates the development strategy of Henan fifth construction group.Henan fifth construction group was founded in 1953.After more than 60 years of development,it is now a key construction enterprise supported by Henan Province.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background and significance of the topic,and then refers to the research status of development strategy of domestic and foreign enterprises,especially construction enterprises,to determine the research content and research methods of this paper;Through macro environment analysis,industry competition environment analysis and other methods,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the internal and external environment of Henan fifth construction group projects,and obtains four key factors affecting the development of enterprises,namely strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.Then,eight alternative strategies are obtained through SWOT strategy matrix analysis,and the alternative strategies are quantitatively evaluated through QSPM matrix,Form a development strategy with the market development strategy as the core.The strategic goal is to maintain a leading position in the market share in Henan Province,gradually expand its influence in China,and strive to achieve the company’s output value of 50 billion within five years.Next,the key measures for the implementation of the company’s strategy are determined from four aspects: adhering to the market development as the center,arranging the four business segments,enhancing the vertical integration of the industrial chain and optimizing the organization and control.This paper puts forward safeguard measures from five aspects: the improvement of market operation ability,brand culture construction and technological innovation,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy of Henan fifth construction group and the realization of the strategic objectives. |
