In the operation and management of modern enterprises,procurement is the key link of enterprise production cost,playing a core leading role.With the deepening of the development of global economic integration,the competition among enterprises tends to be white hot.Scientific and reasonable enterprise procurement process has a profound impact on its management level.The main business direction of company H is household appliance manufacturing.In recent years,company H has gained broad development space and has good prospects for development.However,it still adopts the traditional procurement mode,which often requires multiple processes and is inconsistent with the fast-paced market competition.Therefore,the enterprise should constantly optimize and improve the existing procurement process.Establishing a scientific and feasible procurement path plays a very important and positive role in reducing costs and improving efficiency,and is also a key measure for the stable development of enterprises.This research focuses on H Company,introduces the procurement process optimization theory in the research,and analyzes and explores the company’s procurement work from multiple dimensions.Firstly,we sorted out and summarized the research literature related to procurement management.On the premise of fully studying the procurement process of Company H,we explained the procurement plan,logistics distribution,procurement implementation,post settlement,evaluation mechanism,etc;Analyze the cost,quality,quantity,time and other dimensions,build a corresponding procurement performance evaluation mechanism,and introduce AHP fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate its procurement process,so that the evaluation grade of the above four dimensions is "average",and the final evaluation result is "average";Then,the reasons for the unsatisfactory evaluation level of the company’s procurement process are discussed and studied in depth;Finally,according to the results of analysis and evaluation,scientific and reasonable optimization measures and strategies are proposed.At the same time,compared with the traditional procurement process vertically and horizontally,it is believed that the reformed and optimized procurement process is of great significance to effectively alleviate the current procurement process problems of the company.The procurement process optimization of Company H also needs to provide safeguard measures from the perspective of organization,personnel,mechanism and system.The research of this paper simplifies many cumbersome links in the procurement business process of H company,shortens the procurement cycle and improves the procurement efficiency.It has certain reference significance for promoting the procurement process optimization of similar enterprises.
