Research On Quality Management Of Lan Ting Smart Substation Construction Project

The power industry is a pillar industry of the national economy and has developed rap idly in recent years.Especially under the influence of the grid development strategy such a s the National Grid special high voltage power grid and smart grid,various levels and vario us types of power grid projects have emerged as springing up,showing a good momentum of rapid development.In the new era of "speed and passion",it is also necessary to pay atte ntion to the quality management of power engineering projects.Quality management has a new mission in the new era.In the face of new challenges,new breakthroughs must be mad e.In a very long period of time,how to improve the quality of power engineering will be an important issue that the electric power industry and the academic field pay attention to and jointly study together.In the first part,this article mainly introduces the background,basis and significance o f the research of this topic.It briefly analyzes the research status of smart substations and p roject quality management at home and abroad.This article is in the introduction part,like“peeling an onion”.At a deeper level,the system analyzed the concepts related to quality,q uality management,and quality management of power engineering projects,and theoretical ly strengthened the understanding of project quality management;again,the basic situation of Lanting 220 k V smart substation project was introduced.Objectively analyzed the vario us difficulties faced by the project in the construction process and affected the important fa ctors of this milestone project.This paper has two vertical and horizontal main lines.The h orizontal is based on the project participants as the axis.From the construction unit,design unit,construction unit,supervision unit,commissioning unit,operating unit,and other diffe rent quality responsibility subjects,the longitudinal axis is based on the progress of the pro ject.Different quality control and control key nodes,such as preparation,construction,and construction acceptance,analyze the quality responsibilities of different participants in diff erent time periods,quality control measures taken,and quality results obtained.Lanting 220 k V smart substation project implemented the entire process of quality ma nagement,established a complete quality management system,and achieved a virtuous circ le of “PDCA”.The maturity of project quality management became more standardized,an d it was fully affirmed by the owners and experts.It will provide useful reference for the q uality management of the construction of smart substations in the future.
