Research On Coordination Level Evaluation And Optimization Strategy Of "Three Basic Spaces" In Administrative Villages Of Liyang

Driven by the new urbanization and Rural Revitalization Strategy,China’s urban and rural development is changing with each passing day,from opposition to integration.However,with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the imbalance of "Three basic spaces" in the countryside will inevitably occur,which is manifested as the loss of population and the shrinking of living space,and the rapid non-agriculturalist of production space invades the original ecological space.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has pointed out the direction for the construction of "Three basic spaces" for the first time.The Rural Revitalization Strategy has repeatedly mentioned the optimization of rural "Three basic spaces",and the land space planning has also proposed the reasonable division of "three areas and three lines".Therefore,it is of great significance to distinguish the coordinated development level of rural "Three basic spaces" and put forward optimization strategies.According to the research route of "theoretical research empirical analysis optimization guidance",this paper takes 165 administrative villages in Liyang as the research objects,and the main contents are as follows:(1)based on literature research,this paper deeply analyzes the connotation,characteristics and coordination mechanism of rural "Three basic spaces",and expounds the internal structure and coordination objectives of rural "Three basic spaces".(2)This paper classifies and delimits the rural "Three basic spaces" in Liyang,and sums up the rural spatial layout patterns in different regions.(3)This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the development level of "Three basic spaces",studies the coordination level of "Three basic spaces" in Liyang administrative village through the coupling coordination degree model,and summarizes its spatial distribution characteristics.(4)Based on the evaluation results of the living,production and ecological space development level and the coordination level of "Three basic spaces",this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of "Three basic spaces" from different dimensions.Through literature review,field visit and econometric analysis,it is found that:(1)The layout of rural "Three basic spaces" in different regions of Liyang has its own characteristics.According to the topography,the rural space of Liyang can be divided into plain type,water polder type and hilly type.The three types of villages have their own "Three basic spaces" layout mode.Plain type villages present "three ring encirclement" structure,water polder type villages present "network chessboard" structure,and hilly type villages present "branch fujiman" structure.(2)At the micro level,the evaluation system of rural "Three basic spaces" is different from that at the macro level.In the micro level evaluation index selection based on village scale,we should not only select the indicators that can reflect the life,production and ecological function attributes,but also select the indicators that can reflect the spatial attributes.Finally,we determined three first level indicators,nine second level indicators and 30 third level indicators,and constructed the evaluation system through the comprehensive centralized valuation method.(3)The development and coordination level of "Three basic spaces" in administrative villages of Liyang are characterized by spatial differentiation.Through the evaluation system and coupling coordination degree model,the development level of life,production and ecology and the coordination level of "Three basic spaces" in Liyang are obtained.The results show that: 1)the development level of living space of villages in Liyang is characterized by "area gathering,circle layer decreasing",the development level of production space is characterized by "plain concentration,strong in the north and weak in the South",and the development level of ecological space is characterized by "mountain and water,surrounding infiltration".2)The coordination level of "Three basic spaces" of administrative villages in Liyang shows the characteristics of "strong in the East and weak in the west,diversified development",and the coordination level of each village is quite different.(4)According to the evaluation results of coordination level,this paper puts forward the optimization and guidance strategy of "Three basic spaces" in Liyang administrative village from three dimensions of dominant space,coordination level and coordination type.The thesis takes the coordinated development of "Three basic spaces" as the breakthrough point,and discusses the development level and optimization strategy of administrative villages in Liyang.Through the village scale,it reveals the differences and connections within the village at the micro level,which enriches the research ideas for the evaluation and optimization of rural development.
