Research On The Epochal Character In The Renewal Of Industrial Heritage From The Tectonic

Since the middle of the 20 th century,the renewal of industrial heritage is an important part of urban "stock" renewal in the process of the world’s transition from the industrial age to the information age and from an industrial society to a post-industrial society.On the technical level,the core value of industrial heritage lies in the theoretical system and the production process behind it.On the cultural level,industrial heritage is the carrier of industrial civilization in different times.Therefore,the industrial heritage has the technical and cultural attributes of construction,and its renewal is of the epochal character.Summarizing the construction concept and technique is conducive to preserving the basic characteristics of industrial heritage in various times and preserving the continuity of industrial history and civilization.Meanwhile,it is the embodiment of the construction civilization of our era and the bridge connecting the past and the future to express the epochal nature of the industrial heritage renewal with the contemporary construction techniques and techniques.From the perspective of construction theory,this paper takes the industrial heritage as the research object and the Nanjing compressor plant as the practice basis.Through the elaboration and analysis of several examples of the industrial heritage renewal since the industrial society,the paper puts forward the construction view and the corresponding construction techniques to show the epochal nature of the industrial heritage renewal,and tries to apply it to practice.The thesis consists of five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,which briefly describes the background of the topic,the significance of the research,the status quo of the research,and makes clear the research object,content and research method.The second chapter discusses the construction nature of industrial buildings and the construction view of industrial heritage renewal in material,form and space from the perspective of construction theory.The third chapter is based on the proposed view of construction,through the analysis and induction of actual cases,summarizes the construction techniques of industrial heritage renewal of The Times.The fourth chapter introduces the renovation design practice project of Nanjing Compressor Factory,summarizes the application of construction technique and puts forward the experience and shortage.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and research prospect of this paper.
