Study On Vitality Regeneration Design Of Old Residential Blocks In Changchun

After 40 years of reform and opening up,cities have been developing rapidly.However,for a long time,based on certain established standards,the importance of old residential blocks can not reach the level of historical blocks,and the research on old residential blocks has not given enough attention.And because of the economic value of the land in the old residential blocks,the old residential blocks in the current urban construction are still unable to get rid of the fate of dismantling and leveling at will.In this paper,through in-depth investigation and study west three blocks west Changchun City,a comprehensive analysis of the value of society,economy and culture etc..This paper makes a summary and Analysis on the social structure,the state of the block space,the building ontology,the degree of function agglomeration and the comprehensive management of the old residential blocks in Changchun.According to the wishes of the residents,we redesign the old residential blocks,so as to realize the regeneration of old residential blocks.The main body of the thesis is divided into five parts:The first part: put forward the research topic-the research on the dynamic regeneration design of the old residential block in Changchun,elaborated the background and research method,and made the research work frame.The second part: define the core concept,enumerate the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,and compare and analyze the design process and results of the related cases,and draw lessons from the experience.The third part: studies the evolution process of old residential blocks in Changchun.In view of the dynamic status of Changchun West three west 4 block,SD analysis(Semantic Differential Met-hod)and factor analysis method were used to analyze the satisfaction of the evaluators.The fourth part: according to the restriction factors of vitality regeneration and the previous investigation and analysis,the design mode of vitality regeneration in old residential districts is concluded.The design principles and design methods for regeneration of old residential districts in Changchun are put forward.The fifth part: the design pattern,principle and method of the regeneration design of the old residential block based on the previous article are summarized,and then the design scheme of vitality regeneration of the West three west 4 block of Hongqi Street in Changchun is put forward,hoping to improve the residents’ living quality,improve the vitality of the old residential block and avoid the waste of the urban public resources.
