| The construction industry plays an important role in the process of China’s economic development,but it is accompanied by frequent quality accidents,resulting in immeasurable economic losses every year.With the development of society,there are more and more buildings with unique functions,shapes and materials,which puts forward higher requirements for the quality of construction projects.This paper attempts to explore the application mode and function of BIM Technology in quality management in the construction stage of data center project.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper identifies 17 factors that affect the quality of data center projects through interviews.Then it uses the Grounded Theory to summarize and evolve into five main influencing factors-personnel and organization factors,building model quality information factors,construction quality technology theory factors,material factors and environmental factors.(2)A quality management effect evaluation system based on multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation model is established.The quality application effects of three proposed data centers based on BIM Technology are quantitatively evaluated from two aspects: safety,reliability.(3)BIM Technology is used to optimize two main factors affecting the quality of data center project.For personnel and organizational factors,this paper puts forward the application of building project management organization structure based on BIM Technology.For the information factors of building model quality,the application of bim6 d building information model is proposed.For the theoretical factors of construction quality technology,the application of PDCA cycle theory based on BIM Technology is proposed.(4)Taking a data center project as an example,the quality management application and quality evaluation system based on BIM Technology constructed in this study are applied to a practical case.Compared with the original scheme without BIM Technology,the effectiveness of the three application methods is verified.It also puts forward the quality supervision strategy based on BIM Technology. |
