The characteristics of engineering projects with multiple stages,multiple subjects and multiple levels bring complex information types and diverse forms,coupled with the lack of in-depth integration of various stages,subjects and levels,which leads to weak information communication and difficulty in effective integration of information resources,resulting in a lack of project information being integrated and shared,which largely restricts the improvement of engineering project management efficiency.Therefore,according to the status quo of collaborative information development in engineering projects,the thesis has explored the components of collaborative information management in engineering projects from the perspective of information ecology,and clarified the relationship among three levels of information subject,information and information environment.The success standards of collaborative information management of engineering projects are clarified in the perspectives of project itself,major participants and sustainable development.Based on the success standards,a system of success factors for collaborative project information management is constructed by applying the Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR)methodology,and the key success factors influencing collaborative project information management are identified,while the critical success factors are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are suggested by combining structural equation modeling,in order to improve the rational allocation rate of resources and promote the refinement of project management.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)According to the success factor system of information collaborative management of engineering projects,the DEMATEL-ISM model is constructed to analyze the cause-effect relationship as well as the hierarchical relationship of the success factors,and three rational factors such as financial support,sound and complete laws and regulations and specialized agencies for information collaborative management,three physical factors such as stable external environment,stable and good operation and maintenance and mature software/technology level,and 3 personal factors such as better organizational coordination,good inter-organizational trust environment and perfect talent management and training mechanism.A total of 9 success factors in three dimensions are taken as the key success factors of collaborative information management in engineering projects.(2)The WSR methodology is based on a critical success factor model for collaborative information management of engineering projects,refining the critical success factors of each dimension of WSR methodology and their influential roles and paths,proposing research hypotheses,and using structural equation modeling to analyze the p-values(p<0.001)of the dimensionality of Wuli,Shili and Renli are significant,and the equations fit well with standardized coefficients of 0.19,0.237 and 0.222,respectively.The hypothesis that the dimensions of Wuli,Shili and Renli and the critical success factors has a significant positive impact on the successful implementation of information collaboration in engineering projects was verified.The magnitude of the influence is in the order of Shili factors,Renli factors and Wuli factors.The effectiveness of the key success factors of collaborative information management in engineering projects was measured,which provided a direction for promoting further implementation countermeasures for collaborative engineering project information management.(3)After analyzing the situation of information collaboration in engineering projects,countermeasures and suggestions can be made from three perspectives:Wuli,Shili and Renli.First,guarantee information collaboration with "things".Establish a sound information platform,improve the supporting implementation construction,strengthen the security management of information collaboration,do a good job of security operation and maintenance,and create a safe and stable information collaboration environment for the participating subjects.Second,to promote information collaboration with "things".The government should promote relevant work,establish the construction industry informatization system combining production,university,research and application,increase financial support,and actively carry out cooperation and exchanges;Set up a special information cooperative management organization to promote the standardization of information management.Third,"people" should be used to improve information collaboration.Improving organization and coordination,optimizing talent structure,cultivating composite talents skilled in both information technology and business,and enhancing training in information technology applications for all personnel.
