As an emerging mode of shared travel,Sharing Electric Bicycle(SEB)has emerged and developed rapidly in cities of various sizes in China in recent years.As SEB travel is fast,environmentally friendly and less affected by terrain,people’s demand for SEB is gradually increasing and the market scale is expanding.However,the current research in the field of SEB travel is extremely lacking,and the only research on SEB travel is not detailed,comprehensive and in-depth.Therefore,it is necessary to study the travel intention and behavior of SEB and analyze the impact of personal factors,travel factors and psychological factors on travel intention and behavior of SEB.Based on the theory of planned behavior and self perception,this paper studies and analyzes the willingness to continue to use SEB.Firstly,by studying the connotation of relevant theories and combined with the comprehensive analysis of the travel process of SEB,this paper puts forward the influencing factors affecting the willingness and behavior of SEB,namely individual characteristics,travel characteristics,vehicle characteristics and psychological factors.According to the analysis of the impact of specific factors on travel intention,the theoretical framework and research assumptions of this study are established.Secondly,this study uses the method of questionnaire to explore the influence of various factors on the willingness to continue to use SEB.Through the analysis and research hypothesis of the travel process and behavior of shared motorcycles,a reasonable pre-survey questionnaire is designed for the willingness to continue to use shared motorcycles and travel behavior,and a formal questionnaire is screened out through the analysis of the pre-survey data.Through the data analysis of 539 valid questionnaires,it is found that the travel of SEB is characterized by young age,high proportion of commuting and short and medium distance trips,and the frequency of being charged dispatching fee and cycling power failure is not low.Thirdly,the study found that women have a higher willingness to use SEB than men,and the higher the education level,the younger the age,the longer the travel distance,and the shorter the time to find and return the bike,the stronger the willingness to use SEB.In addition,different employment conditions and loading conditions will also have a significant impact on the willingness to continue use;The results of cluster analysis show that there are significant differences in the characteristics of travel mode,but there is no difference in the willingness to travel.Finally,structural equation model is used to analyze the influence of travelers’ psychological factors on their willingness to use.The results of the model show that people’s recognition of convenience,comfort,safety,reliability and economy has a significant positive impact on the perceived value of SEB travel,while the perceived value and recognition of shared e-bike environmental protection have a significant positive impact on the behavioral intention of using SEB;In addition,different influencing factors have a certain degree of influence on travelers’ psychological latent variables.Based on the results of analysis and hypothesis testing,this paper also puts forward research countermeasures and suggestions for different aspects of SEB travel for relevant enterprises and departments.
