Study On Reconstruction And Reuse Of Urban Abandoned Railway Sections ——Taking The Reconstruction Of Abandoned Railway In Bengbu City As An Example

With the development of China’s deep urbanization,urban construction has changed from the expansion of "quantity" to the improvement of "quality",from outward expansion to connotation improvement.Advocating connotative development,improving the quality of urban development,improving the quality of urban space and building a livable city have become the new development focus of each city.In this process,due to the rapid development and improvement of land and air transportation,the adjustment of industrial structure and the application of modern urban rail transit,some original railway lines gradually lost their use value.Although these railways have made great contributions to urban development and industrial construction and left a deep imprint and memory of the times to the local people,they also inevitably brought a series of problems and had a certain impact on the city’s pursuit of high-quality development.Based on this,this paper mainly studies how to transform and reuse the urban abandoned railway space,and explore the feasible countermeasures and models,so as to make the abandoned railway space glow with new vitality.Firstly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the research situation of the reconstruction and reuse of abandoned railways at home and abroad,so as to understand the overall situation of the practice and Research on the reconstruction of abandoned railways at home and abroad,as well as a variety of reconstruction modes of abandoned railways.Secondly,through the comprehensive research on the abandoned railway,this paper summarizes its own attribute characteristics,existing general problems and development potential,and puts forward the connotation and guiding significance of Greenway theory,industrial heritage protection theory and landscape ecology theory related to the reconstruction of abandoned railway sections,Then it analyzes the more successful practical cases of abandoned railway reconstruction at home and abroad,summarizes the reconstruction mode,studies and summarizes the general strategies and methods of abandoned railway land reconstruction and reuse,so as to provide reference and ideas for this paper to study the reconstruction and reuse of abandoned railway sections in Bengbu City.Third,take the reconstruction of abandoned railways in the central urban area of Bengbu as an example,carry out the investigation and analysis of the current situation of abandoned railways,summarize their current situation characteristics,spatial distribution and scale,existing problems and needs,combined with relevant special plans and policies of Bengbu,and take the rational reuse of railway resources,historical and cultural inheritance and protection as the basic principles,Starting from the promotion of eco-environmental value and social value,this paper puts forward the overall positioning and layout of the reconstruction and reuse of abandoned railways in Bengbu,the reconstruction ideas of railway lines and the space construction of main spatial nodes,and puts forward several reconstruction modes suitable for the reconstruction and reuse of abandoned railways in the central city of Bengbu,which proves the operability of the reconstruction and reuse strategy proposed in this paper.Finally,in the summary and prospect part,the paper puts forward the research conclusions of the transformation and reuse of abandoned railway,which provides a useful reference for the renewal,transformation and reuse of urban abandoned railway areas at home and abroad.Figure:[65] Table:[20] Reference:[59]...
