| With the emergence of new materials and new technologies,the form,stress characteristics,construction technology,architectural appearance and use function of building structure have become more and more abundant,so is the building floor,in which the cast-in-situ multi ribbed beam floor is also one of its floor structure forms.Because of the cavity between the multi ribbed beams,and irregularity of the ceiling,this paper combined with a specific project example to study the glass magnesium box filled in the multi-ribbed beam cavity and the multi-ribbed beam floor to form a whole,to achieve the smooth ceiling,beautiful appearance.Glass magnesium box is made of industrial waste.It has the advantages of energy conservation,environmental protection,low-cost,template saving,simple construction and so on,favored by the engineering community.However,the glass magnesium box,which is embedded in the cavity between the dense rib beams,will it be damaged during construction,so that the concrete will be poured into the box;At the same time,after the removal of the formwork,the glass magnesium box is permanently left in the cavity of the multi-ribbed beam.Will the glass magnesium box fall off.What are the mechanical properties and stress characteristics of glass magnesium box? how to structure the glass magnesium box to make the force more reasonable?In order to eliminate the hidden engineering dangers and answer the questions of engineering circles,this paper has done some research on this.The main research and analysis process and results are as follows:1.By referring to relevant literature,the concrete floor and formwork system are briefly introduced,the advantages of the multi-ribbed floor are introduced,and the structural composition and stress of the glass magnesium box in the cavity of the multi-ribbed floor are mainly described.2.Combined with the specific project,several glass magnesium board are randomly selected at the construction site to conduct a series of test analysis on the performance of glass magnesium plates,such as the pulling force and shear resistance between glass magnesium,the self-holding nail-holding,elastic modulus and bending resistance of glass magnesium board.The results of the research show that glass magnesium board will not be damaged under the condition of normal concrete.3.Through the application and installation structure characteristics of glass magnesium box in multi ribbed beam floor,the mechanical model and calculation method of stress analysis of glass magnesium box are put forward,which provides a theoretical basis for engineering application analysis.4.ABAQUS finite element simulation was carried out based on the glass magnesium box with the size of 1000mm×1000mm×400mm used in the specific project.According to the actual installation state of glass magnesium box and hinged connection,the results show that the glass magnesium box will not be damaged and can be used normally during phase of concrete pouring and after the removal of formwork.It shows that the material selection and structural design of glass magnesium box are reasonable and meet the use requirements.5.There are few literature about the construction scheme of glass magnesium box filling in the cavity of multi-ribbed beam floor.Combined with the specific engineering application,this paper introduces its construction preparation,construction method and the inspection method of whether the concrete is poured into the glass magnesium box or not,providing reference for relevant engineering applications.Figure [56] Table [13] Reference [58]... |
