Study On Healthy Life Integration Design Of Taizhou Elderly Community

Aging is one of the most prominent features of China since the 21st century.At present,China has become the only country in the world with an elderly population of over 200 million,and it is predicted that the elderly population in China will account for more than 1/4 of the total population around 2035.With the retirement peak coming in 2022,and the majority of elderly families with only children,the pension problem is becoming more serious.At present,China has basically established a legislative system for the elderly,further improved the social insurance system for the elderly,gradually showed the effect of the establishment of the aging service system,and accelerated the development of the aging rehabilitation service system.In addition,the elderly pension concept is also changing,people gradually realize that the living environment and the quality of life has a certain relationship,give full play to the living environment for aging change is imminent.The establishment of an aging society can relieve people’s pressure on home care to a certain extent and provide a better living environment,which is gradually accepted by more elderly people.Elderly facilities and activity facilities are concentrated in the elderly community to improve the utilization rate of facilities suitable for aging,so that the elderly service can be carried out in an orderly manner.lt is of great significance to create a comfortable and healthy environment for the aged and improve the life quality of the elderly.Through study,the case analysis "theory-inductive analysis-site design" as the thinking of writing,with a survey of literature,field investigation,combining with the characteristics of physical and mental development in the elderly,living habits,etc,on the domestic old people indoor living activities planning and outdoor landscape design for comprehensive analysis,study and draw lessons from the domestic well-known endowment community layout,the functional partition and so on,Thus,the design strategy of healthy life in endowment community is summarized.Finally,the thesis conclusions and main points as design methods and principles applied in taizhou retirement community study,adjust measures to local conditions,according to the taizhou site feature flexible use of endowment conclusions in methods,give full consideration to the elderly themselves,combined with modern science and technology and the new model,designed for the elderly pension community health life.
