Study On The Coupling Symbiosis Between City River Culture And New Town Construction Under The Background Of Micro-urbanization

The development of Shanghai’s urbanization process is closely accompanied by the transformation of the relationship between cities and rivers.As a water system city,Shanghai is prosperous and beautiful because of water.Rivers have long become a part of Shanghai’s urban cultural style.However,with the acceleration of urbanization,taking the old Chengxiang,a distinctive land and water plate in the urban center of Shanghai as an example,its typical scenery of villages and towns in the south of the Yangtze River is gradually disappearing,the water network is degraded in a large area,and the number and utilization rate of river channels are also greatly reduced.Under the continuous River filling and road construction project,the old Chengxiang area has gradually shifted from the traditional natural landscape of water towns to the modern traffic network,Chenghe culture is facing the lack.At the same time,in order to solve the imbalance of urban development,improve the suburban economy and improve its surrounding supporting functions,Shanghai has accelerated the progress of new town construction.However,due to the comprehensiveness and independence of the new town,the state of suburban development depression has not been fundamentally changed,and the lack of culture and other problems have further led to the situation that the new town construction is one side of thousands of cities.First of all,in the memory process of continuing the memory of Shanghai’s City River culture,we need to conduct a new discussion on the future city river relationship from a more dynamic and developmental perspective,take history as a mirror,turn to history and innovate,and think about the new possibility of the continuation of city river culture in line with the characteristics of the times and the new design techniques suitable for modern urban construction on the basis of traditional city river culture.Secondly,the planning and design of the new town construction is not just the superposition and arrangement of a single community space,but the need to integrate office,entertainment,commerce and other living supporting facilities at the same time,and form an efficient and multi-functional sustainable urban community model by establishing an interdependent and interactive model among various functional blocks.Therefore,how to efficiently integrate the urban living and production sectors,take the new town construction as the main body and the water environment system as the core,coordinate the urban functional layout and water system planning layout,create a dynamic urban model of coupling and symbiosis between urban construction system and water environment system,and promote the economic development of the new town The main content and purpose of this study is to absorb the population greatly and alleviate the current situation of suburban development depressions.Firstly,based on the original life form of symbiosis between cities and rivers in the old Chengxiang area,and based on the existing theories and documents,this paper constructs the method of coupling symbiosis between urban construction system and water environment system.By creating urban river landscape,optimizing urban waterfront space and constructing water travel mode,this paper achieves the purpose of living the city with water,prospering the city with water and moistening the city with water,Form a benign urban water relationship;Secondly,this paper further introduces the concept of "micro urbanization" in the field of urban design and architectural design,discusses how to control the urban spatial form and architectural renewal style of different scales from top to bottom from a more macro perspective,applies the theoretical results to practical cases,the project is located in the fish section of Shanghai,Fengxian new town,then makes a secondary reflection on the theoretical research through case operation.
