Research On Regeneration Design Of Public Space Under Renovation Of Old Industrial Buildings

With the continuous development of The Times,China’s socialist market economy has become more perfect,and economic construction has gradually shifted from extensive scale expansion to high-quality development.In this new round of economic and industrial structural adjustment process,affected by the system,mechanism and other factors,some industrial enterprises have gradually completed their mission,and left a large number of old industrial buildings.These old industrial buildings not only bear witness to the economic glory of the great industrial era,but also record the history and life of the industrial civilization of the city,which contains the unique industrial culture of the city.The old industrial buildings scattered in every corner of the city carry people’s past emotions,but also seriously affect the development and environment of modern cities.The contradiction between the old industrial buildings and the development and construction of the new era tests the wisdom of urban managers and designers.Therefore,in recent years,the transformation and reuse of old industrial buildings have been gradually valued and encouraged by local governments.This paper is the starting point,in-depth research on the regeneration design of public space in old industrial buildings this important topic,from urban development,architectural thinking,aesthetic value and cultural heritage and other perspectives,trying to explore a suitable for the transformation of old industrial buildings design in China.Combined with relevant theories and practical applications of the reuse of old industrial buildings at home and abroad,this paper sorted out and elaborated the use value and historical value of old industrial buildings,analyzed the characteristics of old industrial buildings and other features,combined with excellent cases at home and abroad,so as to summarize the characteristics of public space regeneration design under the transformation of old industrial buildings.Based on the above characteristics,the design principles are summarized.The author takes urban development,public space empowerment and regeneration of old industrial buildings as strategic points,and adopts a design scheme combining background environment,optimizing space form and creating space atmosphere to solve the problems faced by regeneration of public space in the reconstruction of old industrial buildings.Finally,combined with the current situation of shenyang old industrial zone,the paper took Hongmei Cultural Innovation Park as a case to conduct in-depth research,revealing the problems existing in the regeneration of public space in the reconstruction of old industrial buildings in Shenyang area.Through issuing questionnaires,investigation and interview,the characteristics of the regeneration of public space in the reconstruction of shenyang old industrial buildings were comparatively analyzed.Analyzes its design mentioned in this paper the principles,strategies and methods to solve the hong mei wen gen garden existing problems,and sums up a suitable for northeast China under the background of city development road of the transformation of the old industrial buildings,and effectively protect,update and reuse of old industrial building,make it to a new,better service for the contemporary social development and urban construction.
