| The pig industry plays a significant part on China’s economic development road.As an important part of the pig industry,the quality of sow rearing has a direct impact on the overall benefit of the pig farm,sow production and management also play a key role in pig farm production.In recent years,China’s sow feeding industry has developed from mechanized breeding to automation and intelligent management,but there is still a big gap between China’s automation and information breeding technology and developed countries in Europe and the United States.Foreign intelligent feeding equipment is expensive and not suitable for China’s pig industry conditions,domestic universities and enterprises have researched and developed the intelligent feeding equipment,but there is a large room for improvement its stability and reliability,and there is no temperature measurement and weighing integration function.Based on this,this paper developed a fine feeding system for group sows with integrated automatic physical examination function.The system can realize mixed breeding of sows at different stages,accurately identify individual sows,accurately and automatically feed,and realize unattended automatic feeding.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Designed the overall structure of the fine feeding system for group sows.Through field investigation and references at home and abroad,a detailed analysis of the function and performance requirements of the system,and the selection of ARM processor and Linux system as the system software and hardware development platform.(2)Designed the hardware circuit of the fine feeding system for group sows.The hardware system takes the Exynos4412 quad-core processor as the core,the weighing module circuit,ear marking module circuit,sow temperature collection circuit and water value flow detection circuit are extended,to achieve the communication between the feeding station and the feeding management system,Ethernet interface circuit is designed.(3)Completed the software design of the fine feeding system for group sows.Using Netlink communication mechanism to realize the two-way communication with Linux kernel,complete the call of kernel timer,to provide support for the realization of feeding logic.Based on TCP/ Socket communication technology,an efficient and reliable data communication protocol is designed to realize data synchronization between the station and the backstage management system.The analysis and processing of sensing signals such as body temperature and body weight were completed to realize dynamic weighing and accurate identification of sows.Adopts the modular idea,breaks the whole into parts,realizes full automatic fine feeding.(4)Tested the the fine feeding system of group sows.In an experimental base in Hechuan,Chongqing,Sutai improved breed sows were selected as the test pigs.The feeding and water accuracy,temperature and weight filtering accuracy,data transmission of the feeding system were tested.And analyzed to compare the feed intake of sows under the system and the traditional limit cage feeding.Test results show that the system meet the requirement of system design and use,completed high feeding precision of no less than 98%,have good feeding stablility under the variation coefficient is only 0.444%,has realized the accurate function of the water,the water relative error 2.42%,maximum weight filtering algorithm can achieve more accurate dynamic weighing,the relative error less than 1.81%,the temperature collecting relative error less than 1.66%,the design of communication protocol can realize stable two-way communication between the up and down system,CSV transfer large files more than the average speed of 68%,the system performance is good,the design of the heartbeat package and Socket reconnection mechanism can effectively keep alive and exception handling communication,realized the unmanned automatic feeding,can effectively improve the sow constitution,has certain value of promotion and application. |
