Effects Of Fermented Fuzheng Jiedu Powder On Immune And Antioxidant Function Of Heat Stressed Broilers

Fermented traditional Chinese medicine uses one or more probiotics to ferment traditional Chinese medicine under appropriate conditions.It has the advantages of promoting the release of effective components,increasing drug absorption and reducing toxic and side effects.It has significant effects in improving the growth performance,immune and antioxidant functions of livestock and poultry.In this experiment,Fuzheng Jiedu powder composed of Astragalus membranaceus,Radix Isatidis and Epimedium was fermented by compound probiotics and added to the diet of 28 day old heat stressed broilers(Ross 308)at the doses of 0.5,1.0 and 1.5 g / kg for 14 days.After the experiment,the immune and antioxidant indexes of serum Ig G,Ig A,IL-6,SOD,CAT and GSH-Px were detected.The relative expressions of ZO-1,Claudin-1,Occludin,SOD1 and GPx1 m RNA in jejunum and ileum were measured by fluorescence quantitative PCR,and the growth performance was counted.To explore the effects of fermented Fuzheng Jiedu powder on serum immune and antioxidant function,intestinal barrier and antioxidant function and growth performance of Heat Stressed Broilers,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of fermented Fuzheng Jiedu powder and its application in broiler production.The test results are as follows:1.Effects of heat stress on physiological function of broilers.Compared with the control group,the serum immune and antioxidant functions,intestinal barrier function and growth performance of broilers in the heat stress group were significantly reduced.The activities of serum CAT,SOD and GSH-Px decreased from 2.33±0.17,304.92±10.61 and 1449.49±111.60 to 1.17±0.05,212.92±5.55 and 858.98±43.57 respectively,and the content of MDA increased from 1.89±0.08 to 3.09±0.22.2.Effects of fermented Fuzheng Jiedu powder on immune function of Heat Stressed Broilers.Compared with the Fuzheng Jiedu powder group,adding 1.5 g/kg fermented Fuzheng Jiedu powder to the diet,broiler serum IL-1β 、 Ig G increased significantly(P<0.05),from 20.17±0.61 and 3.66±0.15 to 24.89±0.83 and 4.35± 0.21.3.Effects of fermented Fuzheng Jiedu powder on antioxidant function of Heat Stressed Broilers.Compared with the Fuzheng Jiedu powder group,adding 1.5 g/kg fermented Fuzheng Jiedu powder to the diet,the activities of CAT and GSH-Px in serum of broilers were significantly increased(P<0.05),from 1.18±0.09 and992.26±76.52 to 1.77±0.08 and 1269.13±34.69;the content of MDA decreased significantly(P<0.05),from 2.93±0.13 to 2.16±0.03.4.Effects of fermented Fuzheng Jiedu powder on intestinal barrier and antioxidant function in Heat Stressed Broilers.Compared with the Fuzheng Jiedu powder group,the relative expressions of ZO-1,Claudin-1,Occludin,SOD1 and GPx1 m RNA in jejunum and ileum of broilers were significantly increased by adding 1.5 g/kg fermented Fuzheng Jiedu powder(P<0.05).5.Effects of fermented Fuzheng Jiedu powder on growth performance of Heat Stressed Broilers.Compared with the Fuzheng Jiedu powder group,adding 1.5 g/kg fermented Fuzheng Jiedu powder to the diet,the average daily gain and average daily feed intake of broilers increased significantly(P<0.05),from 46.16±1.20 and75.90±0.82 to 56.78±1.24 and 88.38±1.88;the ratio of material consumption to weight gain decreased significantly(P<0.05),from 1.64±0.02 to 1.55±0.01.In conclusion,fermented Fuzheng Jiedu powder can improve the immune and antioxidant function,intestinal barrier and antioxidant function of Heat Stressed Broilers,and its effect is better than traditional Chinese medicine.Among them,the effect is the best when the addition amount of fermented Fuzheng Jiedu powder is 1.5g/kg.
