| Objective:The purpose of this study is to compare the clinical efficacy of Zhenzhushecao Capsule and Weifuchun Tablet,and to further observe and analyze whether Zhenzhushecao Capsule is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with weak spleen and stomach,so as to provide basis for the wide application of Zhenzhushecao Capsule in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,112 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis were recorded,and syndrome differentiation for spleen and stomach weakness type.Randomly divided into observation group and control group 56 cases,patients in observation group were treated with Zhenzhushecao Capsule,4 capsules once,three times a day.Patients in the control group were given Weifuchun Tablet,four tablets once,three times a day.The observation period of the two groups was 24 weeks.At the end of the treatment cycle,collecting data,objective analysis and comparison of the two groups of TCM clinical symptoms efficacy,pathological efficacy and safety.Statistical software was used SPSS25.0 analyze the collected data.Results:The curative effect of TCM symptoms:1.The total effective rate of observation group was 96.15%,the total effective rate of the control group was 84.62%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.The total effective rates of the two main symptoms in the observation group were 93.88% and 92.00%,the control group were78.72% and 79.17%,comparing the two groups,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Pathological efficacy:1.The total effective rate of the observation group was86.54%,while that of the control group was 71.15%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.Observation group and the control group in improving atrophy were 78.85% and 65.38%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.3.Two groups in improving intestinal metaplasia,P>0.05,there was no significant difference.For dysplasia,the difference was not statistically significant.Safety: During the treatment,no adverse reactions and side effects occurred in both groups.And the two groups of routine examination before and after treatment no obvious abnormal.Conclusion:1.Compared the observation group and the control group,the observation group can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,especially in the two main symptoms of stomach pain and fullness.2.Compared the observation group and the control group,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in total pathological improvement,mainly in atrophy.3.Through the results of this study,the clinical application of Zhenzhushecao Capsule is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with weak spleen and stomach.It can be widely used in clinical treatment of patients with weak spleen and stomach of chronic atrophic gastritis. |
