| Cultural undertakings are an important part of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.Vigorously developing and prospering cultural undertakings is the top priority of cultural development.With the extensive involvement and continuous innovation of science and technology,the integration of culture and technology has become the only way to develop cultural undertakings.As a major cultural province in the central region,Hubei Province has actively responded to national policies,increased investment in science and technology in cultural undertakings,and achieved good results in the construction of cultural undertakings.However,from a general perspective,the scientific and technological construction of cultural undertakings in Hubei Province is still relatively lagging behind,and there are many problems in the scientific and technological construction of cultural undertakings.Based on this,this paper takes the scientific and technological competitiveness of cultural undertakings in Hubei Province as the research subject.By analyzing the relevant theoretical basis of the scientific and technological competitiveness of cultural undertakings,this paper proposes a theoretical model of the scientific and technological competitiveness of cultural undertakings in Hubei Province,from the investment,output and innovation of science and technology.Based on the three aspects of efficiency,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the scientific and technological competitiveness of cultural undertakings in Hubei Province,and evaluates and analyzes the scientific and technological competitiveness of cultural undertakings in Hubei Province through the analysis method of qualitative and quantitative analysis.According to the existing development of science and technology in Hubei Province,the problem proposes countermeasures.This thesis is divided into five parts to study and analyze the scientific and technological competitiveness of cultural undertakings in Hubei Province.The first part mainly elaborates the research background and significance of enhancing the competitiveness of cultural undertakings through science and technology,and introduces the cultural undertakings.The research status of cultural undertakings,science and technology,scientific and technological competitiveness,and scientific and technological competitiveness are defined in four aspects,and the related concepts of cultural undertakings are defined.The research contents and research methods are introduced.The second part introduces the relevant theories of scientific and technological competitiveness research.On the basis of relevant theories,the third part puts forward the theoretical model of the scientific and technological competitiveness of cultural undertakings.Based on the design principles of evaluation indicators and the theoretical model,the author designs the evaluation index system of the scientific and technological competitiveness of cultural undertakings,and constructs an evaluation model of scientific and technological competitiveness of cultural undertakings in Hubei Province.The fourth part is the empirical analysis and strategy part.According to the indicators,the data of cultural undertakings of 16 cities and counties in Hubei Province were collected in 2017.The factor analysis method was used to analyze the scientific and technological competitiveness of cultural undertakings in 16 cities and counties of Hubei Province,and four factor scores and comprehensive scores of the 16 cities and prefectures in Hubei Province were obtained.And through cluster analysis,the scientific and technological competitiveness of cultural undertakings in 16 cities and countries of Hubei Province is classified.Based on the results of factor analysis and cluster analysis,combined with the actual situation of each city and state,the scientific and technological competition of cultural undertakings in Hubei Province was proposed.Force problems and propose strategies based on problems.The fifth part is the summary and outlook,summarizes the content of the full-text research,points out the innovation point of this paper and the prospect of the next work. |
