The Conception Planning And Protection Of Huarong Qixingdun Site Group

In recent years,large-scale archeological sites in China’s cultural heritage that have a large distribution range and high cultural value have attracted widespread attention in the academic community for their outstanding historical,cultural,artistic,scientific,and social values.The protection and utilization of archaeological sites not only have an important impact on the continuous development of historical and cultural research and archaeological excavations,but also affect the social and economic development of the area where the sites are located.Since the Qixingdun site(group)was discovered in the 1980 s,it has b een the largest Neolithic site discovered in Hunan Province after several archaeological investigations and excavations.It studies the development and evolution of prehistoric sites and the prehistoric archaeological culture in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River The rise and fall and the progress of civilization are of great significance.However,due to natural and man-made reasons,the current protection status of Qixingdun site presents a series of problems,and it is urgent to increase protection and develop a comprehensive and standardized protection and utilization plan.Qixingdun site belongs to the type of site located in the village far from the city.The traffic is relatively inconvenient,the level of economic development is low,and the investment in development and utilization of resources is limited.And due to the restriction of cultural relic protection policies,the socio-economic development in the area where the site is located has also been restricted to a certain extent.Therefore,its low level of socio-economic development and cultural relics protection policies have formed a vicious circle on its restrictions on future economic development.This article conducts an in-depth field survey of the Qixingdun site and the area where the site is located,combing the site’s protected object composition,and presenting the status quo from five aspects including site preservation,management,archeological research,display and utilization,and social development Evaluate and use SWOT analysis to demonstrate the feasibility of site protection and utilization.In the end,based on the above survey results,a conceptual plan for protection and utilization was formulated in order to provide ideas for synergizing the protection and utilization of the Qixingdun site with the development of regional society,and truly reflecting the social value of the site.
