Study On The Role Of Experienced Peasant In Shanxi Agricultural Production In The Early Period Of New China

As a factor of production,technology has an important impact on social development.Among them,traditional agricultural technology occupies an important position in agricultural production.Traditional agricultural technology is summed up by farmers in China for thousands of years,paying attention to the use of time and place to develop production while improving the growing environment of crops themselves.It is a kind of practical agricultural knowledge,which is an important dependence on the traditional agricultural production of our country.The experienced peasants are the main successors of traditional agricultural technology,they have rich production experience.These experiences are the product of thousands of years of agricultural production practice for farmers in China.Among them are the experience of inheriting the agricultural production of the former and the experience of the experienced peasants themselves,which is from the experience of increasing and reducing agricultural production.After the founding of New China,the Party and the government led a large-scale agricultural technology improvement campaign,but in the process of technology promotion,there is a phenomenon of technology and local adaptation,there are general extension and other issues.Experienced peasants are the most familiar groups to the local situation,but also very locally appropriate,but in the actual production and technological improvements often ignore their views,and caused the quality of technology and agricultural work decline and other issues.In order to carry out technological reform according to local conditions and do a good job in production,the CPC Central Committee has informed that agricultural technology reform and production planning should be carried out in the light of the opinions of the masses,especially the opinions of the experienced peasants.The article is divided into four parts to explore why the Communist Party of China mentioned the experienced peasant,and rely on the experienced peasant according to local conditions to carry out technical reform,do a good job in agricultural production.The first chapter is mainly to sort out the characteristics of the experienced peasant groups,and why the Communist Party of China has attached importance to the experienced peasant in order to carry out technological reform according to local conditions.The second chapter mainly for the early New China Shanxi agricultural technology promotion and production problems,as well as the role of experienced peasant in these issues analysis,through these understandings to view the experienced peasant scientifically.The third chapter is mainly about how the Communist Party of China mobilizes the enthusiasm of the old peasants and gives full play to the role of the old peasants in what form.The fourth chapter discusses the changes in rural society caused by the process of playing the role of experienced peasant by combining with the experienced peasants.Therefore,this paper hopes to focus the research perspective on the group of experienced peasant to analyze the changes of traditional agricultural technology in the face of transformation,and thus view the reactions of all aspects of rural society in the process of technological innovation,in order to observe the changes of local society in the process of technological innovation.At the same time,I hope this discussion can provide a new perspective to look at the relationship between traditional technology and modern science and technology,and I hope it can provide reference for the future rural agricultural technological innovation work.
